Dr.Prasad is very kind & informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & I’m grateful for how he showed up to talk through things with me. His staff were all very professional and helpful. I walked in nervous, and walked out feeling confident with what the next steps were.

Appointment on 6 August was pre-operation. One staff member explained the basics. However, they weren't sure of some details I asked about. The Practice Manager took over and filled me in perfectly, on every detail.

I highly recommend Dr. Prasad. After seeking a second opinion, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about finding the best treatment for me. What impressed me the most was his dedication to his patients. He even came in on his day off to perform my procedure, which speaks volumes about his commitment and compassion. Dr. Prasad also remembered my family members by name, making each visit feel personal and showing that he truly cares about the people he treats. His kindness, professionalism, and ability to explain complex information in a way that’s easy to understand made a difficult situation so much easier. I am incredibly grateful for his care.

Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The reason for the four star rating is because someone was supposed to contact me to schedule an appointment for my surgery. They have not done so and it’s been almost three weeks since my appt.

Dr. Madhu Prasad is a wonderful surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is excellent and very knowledgeable and supportive also. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. The office manager, Alexzandrea is beyond amazing!
