I had a very great experience today. I met Dr. Towner for the first time today he made me feel at ease , answer all my questions and concerns . I am one of those patients who can get little anxious at dentist offices but like always everyone was so kind and welcoming. I do hope , they are able to open on some weekends next year other than that i highly recommend Valley Smiles :)

Just today; I had (completed the other half of mouth) a deep cleaning with Bri (Hygienist) and she was incredibly gentle, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step and the reasoning behind it, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Enrique is also an amazing office manager and is a big reason I continue to receive my dental care at Valley Smiles. He consistently provides exceptional customer service and makes every front-office interaction smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciate that every staff member greets you with a smile and makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The entire team creates such a warm and caring environment. I highly recommend Dr. Towner, Bri, Enrique, and the entire Valley Smiles team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I have major anxiety when it comes to having to go to see a Dentist due to past bad experiences. I unfortunately had to go in to see a dentist for two teeth that were causing me pain and discomfort. I looked online and found Valley Smiles. I was able to get in the same day and treatment was also done on the same day. The staff and Dr. Towner knew that I was very anxious about being there, and they all were so very kind. Dr. Towner explained everything thoroughly. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable. He has the best bedside manner when it comes to his patients. He’s one of the best Dentists in AZ.

I became a patient at Valley Smiles over a year ago and my rating is still the same. The only difference is that Dr. Towner has taken over the practice since Dr. Ebel and family took advantage of an amazing opportunity in Australia. From coordination of my appointments and insurance by Enrique, my exam and cleaning by Bri, to the final exam and care with Dr. Towner, my experience continues to be a positive one.

I had a great experience at Valley Smile for a deep cleaning. I was traveling from California to Arizona to spend time with family and decided to visit this office based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I did! Brianna was an excellent and very gentle hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning, and even the injections were completely painless! Yaslin and Dani were incredibly nice and welcoming, and Enrique did a great job helping me with my insurance and making the process easy. Dr. Towner was also incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone was attentive, caring, and considerate from start to finish. The visit was quick, comfortable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this office!

I have had the privilege of being treated at Valley Smiles for about a year now. They are the most professional, caring and dedicated staff both front office and back. I feel safe and taken care of every time I come in. My overall health has improved because I no longer have tooth issues that ignore.

I have used dental solutions before and was always very satisfied with them but I changed insurance co and I had to use someone else on my plan. That dentist did a terrible job and fit. I could not even chew, the dentures kept coming up when I chewed. Went back to dental solutions got another pair of dentures and they were perfect. I have had zero problems with them.

Valley Smiles is the best dentist office I have been to! They are the most friendly, caring, and qualified people! They go out of their way to put you at ease and make your appointment nice. I woke up Monday with a slight toothache, pain level a 1, by Wednesday it was a 12! I went in Thursday without an appointment and they said they would never turn a patient away in pain! They took me right in and fixed me right up! Dr. Towner, Enrique, Yaslin, Danni and everyone I forgot are the best!! This is my dentist office now!!

**UPDATE as of Sept 4 2026** Dr Towner is AMAZING!!! He educated me on my implant as it was starting to hurt, and let me tell you...Dr Turner knew exactly what needed to be done!!! This was my best appointment so far. NO NEEDLES WERE NEEDED!! JUST A TORQUE! I left there feeling AMAZING and ready to eat. Thank you Dr Turner!! ************************************************* This is the best place to go to if you suffer from dental anxiety!! Dr. Lawrence and his staff are the best. I finally found a dentist that listens to my concerns. Let me say that again just in case you didn't read it right....DR LAWRENCE LISTENS TO YOU! He creates a plan for you to get that perfect smile you always wanted. I just had first implant done and everything went amazing 👏 Dr Lawrence controlled my pain very well!! Thank you again Valley Smiles😃 **UPDATE ** Dr Lawrence is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!⭐️ My implant is healing well and I have also received some additional work done during the healing time of the implant and of course that went well also. Pretty soon I'll be smiling like this 😁
