Centrelake Imaging - Anaheim's Online Review Report Card

I went to this location with the thought I was going to need to be there a good amount of time. It was very quick. The receptionist Patricia was very nice. Talking to me in a very nice manner. She was really helpful. I saw her interact with other patients and she was very pleasant. When I went to the back for my CT scan a gentleman named Charles helped me. Super sweet guy. Even complimented me on my cane. I honestly was very surprised at the level of service here. I was in and out very quick. Noone acted like they hated their job. Noone ignored us. I can't say enough nice things. Thank you.

George was my technician and was absolutely the best!! From the minute he introduced himself, he made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. He also had me laughing and enjoying myself which turned my experience into a great one. Thank you, Centrelake!

I have to start off by saying I normally don't write reviews, for good or bad, but after speaking with Barbara at Anaheim Centre Lake Imaging, I felt like it was the least I could do! She really stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a same-day appointment for an ultrasound/X-ray for my daughter. I had been on the phone all morning with different people, and by the time I got her on the phone, I was a bit frustrated. However, Barbara was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She took all of our information over the phone, carefully entered the referral information, and made sure everything was in order so we could get the appointment scheduled. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden, and she genuinely seemed to care about helping us. She took the time to listen, explain things, and make sure we were taken care of. What could have been an even more stressful experience was made so much easier because of her kindness and willingness to help. It's rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond for a patient, and Barbara absolutely did that for us. I'm very grateful for her help and the compassion she showed toward my daughter and me. Barbara is truly an asset to Anaheim Centre Lake Imaging, and I hope she knows how much her kindness and effort were appreciated. Thank you, Barbara, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Quick and easy CT scan, about 5 minutes. Charles explained the process easily and professionally.

I walked in to the Anaheim office during lunch time and without an appointment! I explained to the receptionist that my appointment was for the Downey office but I was about to take 3 buses to get there! I happened to be visiting my niece in Anaheim so I took a chance and told the receptionist the Anaheim office was only 10 minutes from my nieces house and was hoping they could squeeze me in for a MRI. The receptionist was very nice. She spoke to George who told her he would go ahead and squeeze me in even though he was booked for the rest of the day! Thank you guys for being so kind. I'm truly grateful as nowadays it's hard to find good people that care

If possible, avoid this Anaheim location. 😡 I had an appointment for my dad on Tuesday, but at 4 PM they called to cancel because the tech called off sick. Okay, things happen, so I took another day off work and brought my dad back on Wednesday. After waiting almost 2 hours, they finally came out and told us the machine was broken and we needed to reschedule AGAIN. I’m honestly speechless and extremely frustrated. They don’t seem to understand that I have to keep taking time off work just to bring my dad in for this study. Very disappointed with the way this was handled. Not happy at all.

i dont know how many times i have to call to try to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment! very bad! no one answering

I rate this West Covina facility zero,,my appointment with approved paperwork is at 7pm but they kept me waiting for almost 2hrs and saying that they are sorry that they couldn’t do the MRI for me because my insurance has change already,,they should check my paperwork before checking me in the facility,,imagine they kept me for 2 hrs for nothing,,very incompetent people 😡😡😡😡,,I hope the licensing department will give this review a red flag and check their incompetence and the importance patient of care ,,date is 8-6-26 just last night 😡😡😡

We are so happy with all the staff I. Anaheim location specialist with Jorge, he was very nice.

I will like to say that Jorge the MRI tech from Anaheim, is a very nice person and he does his best to accommodate and makes me fell very comfortable.
