List of Carbon Health Urgent & Primary Care Campbell's Reviews
Worst experience ever. Rude nurse practitioner. She didn’t even did a covid or swab test. So rude and unprofessional!
Had a quick checkup here and appreciated how clearly everything was explained.
I had a very disappointing experience at Carbon Health’s Campbell location on Saturday, September 5th around 4-4:30pm, especially considering I paid $225 out of pocket for the visit. When I arrived, I was very clear with the front desk about why I was there. I explained that I had been experiencing an asthma flare-up for approximately five weeks, was still coughing at night despite using my asthma medications, had mucus, and was concerned that I might be wheezing. I even brought all of my asthma medications with me. I want to be clear that the receptionist and nurse were both lovely, and the doctor herself was knowledgeable and thorough. She listened to my symptoms, examined my lungs and throat, and discussed my medications with me. What I cannot understand is what happened next. After the evaluation, the doctor told me that because she was an urgent care doctor, she could not help me with asthma treatment or prescribe what I was asking about, and that I needed to see a primary care doctor for ongoing treatment. I understood the need for follow-up care and asked how I could see their PCP. The doctor left the room to ask the front desk and came back a few minutes later to tell me that I would need to pay ANOTHER $225 to speak with their primary care doctor. This was extremely frustrating. I had already disclosed at check-in that asthma was the reason for my visit. If Carbon Health’s urgent care service could not provide the type of asthma care I was seeking by their urgent care doctor, I should have been told that BEFORE paying $225 and being seen. They could have booked the appropriate type of appointment from the beginning. My issue is not that a doctor must prescribe a particular medication simply because a patient asks for it. I understand that treatment decisions are made by the clinician. My issue is that I clearly explained to all professionals (receptionist, nurse and doctor) why I was seeking care, was accepted and charged for an urgent care visit, and only after the evaluation was told that I needed a different type of Carbon Health appointment — for another $225. I left having paid $225 and still needing to find another provider for the same problem I had disclosed when I walked in. I am requesting that Carbon Health review this visit and refund the $225 charge.
My husband was seen quickly and the doctor was very thorough and explained things well. We both were impressed with the care he received.
We have used them several times. They are a quick and efficient way to handle urgent care matters.
Friendly and helpful doctor and staff!
I was told to come back in 3-5 days of not better. I wasn’t confident in assessment so I got a second opinion and I have pneumonia. Glad I didn’t wait 3-5 days.
Pretty good experience with the app. I was able to communicate with someone immediately. No issues with booking appointments either.
Very friendly and professional staff.
Be careful with the drug screening availability at this location. They only allow walk ins, and only accept FOUR people per day :’) best to try your luck when they open

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
