It was my first time and I didn't know what to expect I was so nervous!!!! So when I got there and was called back I forgot her name but the nurse who walked me back and got the started was the best! She made me feel sooo much better and relaxed she was very informative and respectful. The whole time during the exam she was very helpful compassionate and she just made it so much better for me thank you so much!!!
First of all there is no validation in their facilities, if you go there just to drop off documents, you still have to pay $5 And second the front desk are very cold in talking to you. Will see how much it will cost me after the biopsy.
My experience was great because I felt I was in good hands. I would really like to thank Bobby who was so thoughtful and caring. She really helped me get through my tests. She is the best. Thank you so much.
Unbelievable! I have a lump that needs imaging. I called. I have an order signed by my MD. They are refusing to set up an appointment until they get records from the last Mamo over 5 years ago. So, while i have a detectable event, this lab will not schedule me. Outrageous!
Kim, Angie and Crystal worked well with each other and me to make checking in easy and a pleasant experience. The each helped with questions and clarification of the check in device! Well done to all! Nice team work!
I had such a great first experience here today. The staff from the beginning (Crystal specifically) at the front was very welcoming and patient. Bobbie did my Mammogram and made me feel extremely comfortable, and I could tell right away how much they all care for everyone that walks in those doors. I will definitely make this location my new permanent Women's Center!
Most recent experience was very good. Folks at sign-in desk friendly, trained and responsive. Wait time minimal. Tech performing the imaging (Alfred) was pleasant, efficient and competent. Concerning the parking situation: A few hours before patient's scheduled appointment a text/email arrives advising patient to park in the building's parking structure. On entering the Imaging Center a sign is posted saying: We Do Not Validate Parking. I was told that Center would like to validate, but building management does not permit Center to validate. Center claims to be unhappy with this prohibition. Suggestion: Unless walking is difficult, park at one of the nearby Malls on Main Street. One has a J.C.Penney store, one was former home of Barnes & Noble bookstore (now has a Ross and others) and a third has a Mother's grocery. Save a bit of money, get a little exercise and deprive buildings owners of a bit of revenue.
Women's imaging center is amazing. The sweetest, kindest , most helpful nurses, doctors, and front desk. They take the time to go over all results and follow up with any questions and concerns. Both my mom and I have had many appointments here lately and we have had the best experiences. The building is brand new, super clean and organized. Parking doesn't get validated but it's only ever cost me $5 which isn't bad. I highly recommended women's imaging center to all my family and friends!
The staff is so nice went do my annual mammogram my only complaint is why don't they validate your ticket for parking?????
II had my annual mammogram two weeks ago. Kim was my mammogram technician and was so friendly. I got a phone call the next morning requesting me to come in for more images. I was of course nervous having lost my own mom to breast cancer, but Kim was again my technician and made me totally feel at ease. After the images were reviewed, Kim and a radiologist met with me in an office. The radiologist told me I had some calcification that was unclear and I needed a biopsy. He also said there was a 50 percent chance it would be benign (which Women's Imaging later told me it's actually 80 percent). He did not deliver the news in the most comforting way. It was very cold. After he left, Kim gave me the comfort and hope I needed. The Biopsy was done the following week by Dr. Forino and once again Kim. They were both "amazing." The worked as a team quickly and made that biopsy feel so light and easy. (Thank you). The bad review is because of the way they delivered or did not deliver my results. A nurse there told me she would call me on Monday with results. Monday came and went. Tuesday....nothing. That's a long time to stare at your phone with your heart pounding. I finally got the courage to call Women's imaging in the late afternoon on Tuesday only to find out that the nurse had not come in Monday or Tuesday. I asked if "anyone" else there could give me my results. They said no and to call my primary doctor. I did and my primary doctor didn't have them either. After a lot of back and forth, a receptionist at my primary doctor finally got the results from a fax....and uncomfortably told me she needed the doctor to read them (gulp). The results were positive for DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma in Situ). I'm normally not one to write bad reviews. My first intentions were to write a 5 star review about Kim - because she deserves a medal at Women's Imaging for being the sweetest and kindest human being. The bad review is because Women's Imaging dropped the ball in caring for me and carefully handling my results. I think we could all agree that getting your results from the people who did the biopsy is better than from your primary doctor who is reading them cold without a background in DCIS. I am also fully aware that there can be human error or miscommunication in any line of work, but I hope Women's Imaging will come up with a backup plan if their nurse can't come to work to call patients with results. All of this was not the way to start a DCIS journey. But I'm thankful to Women's Imaging for catching it early and for Kim who excels at her job.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
