First time here and was such a great experience. The receptionist was nice and friendly I didn’t waited more than 15 minutes and the dr was attentive, friendly and communicative. They did a few tests and explained me everything I need to know about my eyes. The dr even asked me about my health conditions and listened to me with care and attention. I was so surprised and happy to finally see a doctor who is a human and take time. Thank you 🙏

First visit to this office and was nervous about what might be wrong with my eye but very impressed with Dr. Feinstein. He explained everything and not in a hurry to leave room. He took his time answering my questions. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Office very clean and after dilating my eyes you are led to a room with soft lighting and TV, while you wait to go to the next room to be seen by Dr. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Feinstein.

I had an emergency with my wife and Cay and Jazz were very helpful. The attention in this office in Kissimmee is outstanding. Dr. Randolph was very compassionate and professional. They have a wonderful team there. Thank you!

The front desk was very warm and welcoming. I don’t remember which one is who I spoke with a Jazz and Cay. Both were amazing. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Randolph since he worked in Winter Haven. He’s a great doctor and I would recommend Dr. Randolph to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about the receptionists, Cay and Jazz. They go above and beyond to help make your visit pleasant. The technicians are very pleasant company and professional. There are not enough good things that I can say about Dr Randolph. He is the best. Thank you Central Florida Retina.
