We absolutely LOVE Gabbie and this entire practice!!!! She’s incredible and has made us feel so seen and understood. She provides the most personal care, and it’s very obvious that she is gifted in the work she does. I am always met with knowledge, kindness, and encouragement with everything regarding concerns about my children. She makes my children love coming to the doctor! Our nurses have always been incredible as well, and so wonderful with the kids. This entire practice is a blessing to us and we are so grateful to be patients here! The waiting room has books, magnetic tiles, etc and they have lovely themed rooms that my children get excited about when it’s time to walk back to our room for the appointment. Just an overall incredible experience from the initial phone call when scheduling to the very end of the appointment.
It’s rare when your kids get excited to go the doctors! The front desk staff was able to get us in quick. Dr masterman and her nurse practitioners are amazing! The staff really goes above and beyond to make your kiddos feel better and take the time to actually diagnose and treat them. I love that the nurses are always so happy every time we come! 10/10 recommend!!
Always a great experience with compassionate care from staff
I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I was told that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, but when I arrived, nothing was there. I waited for almost an hour at the pharmacy and even called the clinic twice to follow up, but the prescription still never showed up in the system. This kind of lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when patients rely on timely medication. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I hope they improve their coordination with pharmacies and patient communication.
Servicio excelente, atiendo mi niña con Wendy desde hace muchos años ya, excelente profesional, ayer estuve en consulta y súper nice la Doctora y todos los miembros de la clínica , recomendado 💯 % Segura con la salud de mi hija 🙏
We love our doctors here. Our daughter has been coming here since her original doctor retired and we couldn't be happier. We know Kendra from the original docs office and Gabby now here. Everyone has been wonderful! We will be coming here till we can't anymore. They are truly the best pediatrician office!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this office. I texted them numerous times in regards to my 1 month old baby’s sickness condition getting worse and I need some guidance after I took him for a check up with the doctor and wanted to follow up in regards to his symptoms if it was something that was urgent to take to the ER or not and the reason why I texted is because when I called in in regards to my other baby I was advised to text first. When I called this morning I was expecting a caring and professional response. Instead, a woman who answered the phone named KENDRA who says she is the office manager spoke to me very rudely, was dismissive of my concerns, and even threatened to hang up on me. Rather than calming me down, she made the situation much more stressful. This is completely unacceptable for a medical office, and I would NOT recommend relying on their weekend phone support or any support in that matter.
The staff we saw were very nice but the office was very dirty. Stained fabric, chairs and walls dirty. I didn't finish my appointment because of this. I get kids are dirty but this is a medical office and much dirtier than a one day thing. I wouldn't trust to put my newborn on any of the stuff here.
I have taken my son here off and on for 2 years. The last few months since my son has gotten sick from starting kindergarten he has been in and out of the office. They sent him for some bloodwork and it took them over a week to get back to me when they had it back next day, I called repeatedly. This last time, they would not give anti nausea meds over the phone but forced me to bring in my sick vomiting child in to tell me what I already knew he had, the stomach bug. We then caved and went in to be told that very thing to get the drug but when we go to the pharmacy they don't have the type we preferred, so they doc said they would call in the other - which they DO NOT DO - on a FRIDAY, so here we sit with a vomiting miserable 5 year old and no relief. We WILL NOT be coming back to the place and I do not recommend.
I needed a referral to an ophthalmologist for my daughter due to trauma to her eye and was told by Kendra, the referral was refused due to them not having any documentation for reason to see a specialist and it’s illegal to give a referral. I told Kendra the “office manager” I work as a medical assistant and I know the protocols of how the referral process works and that what she was telling me was not true. I told Kendra I had documentation from an optometrist stating the problem with her eye and I offered to send them the documentation and I was told no that wouldn’t be enough. I felt like my daughter’s care was not taken seriously and they don’t care enough for her health so they will not be seeing my three children again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
