I hate that you can’t call them because they only want you to email So sometimes I have missed an appointment. Another thing is that they would always charge me on visits that I wouldn’t have had to pay but other than that ifthikar, Rasul was a decent doctor.

The fill in doctor is terrible! He is rude and doesn't listen. My gma passed away and then my my GPA had a heart attack. And is still in hospital . I've not been working as mych so couldn't afford coming in. He made up something about a law that if you dont have appointment within 30 days (which it was 25 BTW) you have to get a drug test. No law exists in Florida like this. He is a bully. The drug test is $115 so I couldn't afford it. Went without my meds for a week . Having terrible withdrawals. He didn't care.he only wants your money. Do not go to this man!!!

I used to LOVE this practice. Dr. Rasul and the receptionist Melissa were amazing. Since the middle of last year something has been off. Emails were not being responded to, I couldn’t get an appointment or if I did and it was virtual and I was waiting on an app for 2+ hrs and still not be seen! I guess the practice has transitioned over to a new doctor and receptionist and to be honest the care is not the same, the doctor doesn’t listen to what I am saying or how I am feeling as the patient AND the response via email is over a week and no one answers the phone. It sucks that I have to find care elsewhere and I wish I was notified prior to the change.

I would not recommend this place. I did not feel genuinely cared for in the slightest. The receptionist was always so nice but everything else was a mess.

If I could give zero stars I would, I was a patient here for years and suddenly they stopped answering all calls and emails, I was left without a medication refill for weeks because they never answered me ever again and I had to rush find another doctor. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have ADHD my whole life. I went to appointment with doctor Rasul and he find out what was my problem. Today I take the right medication and I feel free like never before. Thank you Doctor Rasul for give me hope again.

I have a huge problem when you call and call, leave messages and NO ONE answers back. Would love to make an appointment but I can't get of hold of anyone.
