Dr. McLoughlin takes care of my son and he is absolutely fantastic. Listens to every concern and explains everything. He is a teaching doctor as well and will let you know whats possible to do at home. My son absolutely loves him and he puts all our questions and concerns at ease. As a new mother he makes the doctors office wayy less scary:)

I trust him completely. He is thorough, kind, intelligent, capable, and everything I have ever wanted in a pediatrician. His staff is exemplary. I paid cash to bring my child to him before I was able to obtain an insurance their office accepted. They are all absolutely worth every cent. I am not able to say enough good things about this office, it's staff, and the doctors.

Dr. McLoughlin TRULY cares about his patients - and takes the time to explain his findings, follows up to ensure the patient is on the mend, and the staff at the Halifax Children's Medical Center is INCOMPARABLE!!! I have NEVER been to an office where they are as compassionate, prompt, caring and efficient....can't say enough about this team...one of the most accommodating offices in the area - which, these days, is a RARITY!

I've been a happy client of Tom's for over 30 years, including back when he was on US-1 in Ormond. I've had cleanings, fillings, a couple of crowns, all the usual stuff and one or two unusual items (one of which he fixed for a whole five bucks, and the other one was FREE!). Unfortunately, I moved out of town and he is now just too far away for me. My new dentist (with whom I am considerably less happy) commented on the excellent quality of the dental work: "Who did this, this is excellent work." Next time I need a crown, you can bet I'm going to go see him, distance notwithstanding.

Very knowledgeable. Explains different options, allows the patient to decide between treatment options. He gives almost pain free injections. Staff is polite and calms anxiety!
