Superlative and expert care supported by excellent office staff. As long time patient, this is the care I have come to expect from Dr. Ilagan.
Being in the Medical field, the level of attention to details, the professionalism and being seen at my appointment time is awesome.

Excellent care! Excellent service! Thank you to the whole team at Mercy Medical
Like many women, I was eager to find a knowledgeable medical professional to help guide me through perimenopause. A friend referred me to Mercy, and after seeing so many positive reviews, I felt optimistic about my appointment. Upon arrival, the office staff was polite and professional. I then met with the APRN, who initially seemed attentive and thorough as he asked about my medical history and symptoms. However, the appointment took an unexpected turn. One of the questions I was asked was about my religious affiliation. Unless it's directly relevant to my medical care, I don't believe this is an appropriate question in this type of visit. I answered honestly that I don't currently identify with a religion and briefly mentioned that I had left a high-demand religion. The APRN responded by saying he could understand why I left. While the comment may not have been intended negatively, I found it unnecessary and unprofessional. Personal beliefs should not become part of the provider-patient interaction unless the patient requests that discussion. I also asked about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and whether lab work would be done before starting treatment. I was surprised that I was offered HRT that same day without any laboratory testing or further evaluation. I understand that practices vary, but I expected a more thorough discussion about the rationale and approach before beginning treatment. In addition, I felt there was a greater emphasis on recommending products—such as a $28 pink salt supplement for hydration—than on discussing a comprehensive treatment plan for my symptoms. After reflecting on the entire experience, I decided this practice is not the right fit for me. I left feeling that there was more focus on selling products than on providing individualized medical care. I also couldn't help but wonder whether my experience would have been different had I expressed stronger religious beliefs. Whether or not that was the case, it's how the interaction left me feeling. This review reflects only my personal experience. Others may have had excellent care here, but unfortunately, mine did not meet my expectations.
My first visit with Dr Ilagan was fantastic! She took her time to go over my entire history and listen very carefully to every detail of my concerns. Her attention and care was exceptional. I highly recommend the doctor and the practice for overall health and wellness needs.
I have been seeing Karen Kelly for years now! The entire practice is filled with people who genuinely care about your health as a whole!!! Always willing to go above and beyond and take care of mine and my families health!!! 🙌
I was referred to Mercy Medical and Wellness by a friend. This was a very new way to re-examine my health and have some personal discussions on what changes to make for a healthier version of me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
