For a pediatric Doctor who works with children, I believe she needs to learn more compassion. When treating my child she had none. She was very rough with my child’s care and i believe caused undo harm in the process. While my child was screaming about the pain I asked this so called doctor if the numbing medicine is working or if more needs to be given. She turn and stared at me with such venom as if how dare I question her treatment, she stated with fervor “fine if you want me to give more numbing medication, I’ll give more numbing medication!!!” I believed at that moment with the anger she had she was going to cause more pain and anguish to my child. I immediately stopped her and demanded she leave the room, she was no longer going to touch my child. Another surgeon attended to my child with more care and compassion and I’m happy to say that none of what Dr. Cieslak was doing to my child was warranted. I am still awaiting a call back from her superiors to press a case against her, won’t be holding my breath that call will come. Do not let your child suffer at her hands.
