Absolutely ridiculous wait times. My child's appointment was scheduled for 3:45 PM, and it's now 4:10 PM and we're STILL waiting. This isn't the first time either -- every time we come here, we end up waiting forever. What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to make parents sit around for 30+ minutes every single time? People have jobs, responsibilities, and other things they need to take care of. Our time matters too. The lack of respect for patients' time is honestly disgusting. If you know you're consistently running behind, schedule appointments accordingly instead of making families sit there waiting with their kids. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely considering finding another pediatrician.

El Dr Peraza es el mejor que he conocido, hasta ahora nunca habían interactuado tanto con mi niño. Me explicó súper bien, se tomó el tiempo de aclarar todas mis dudas, pero sinceramente lo que más me sorprendió fue la tranquilidad con la que salí de la cita, a pesar del motivo por el que fui. Es un excelente doctor y agradezco mucho haberlo conocido.
