Everyone is genuinely so warm and welcoming here every single time I have an appointment. The entire place just has such great energy. Abbie and Makayla always respectfully greet me and ask how I have been doing. It's been wonderful developing a rapport with Nicole and Patrick throughout my care. They are authentic and genuine people who really care about their patients. I always look forward to coming to my appointments. This is the only place that has ever had a substantial and lasting impact on my wellbeing. The treatment services are effective and fantastic, and it's the staff that really amplifies the positive results I've experienced. Everyone who works here is great and consistent. It's been a life changer for me. Thank you so much.

If you need brain microwaving (TMS), Spravato, or other advanced mental health treatments this is the place. They've really optimized the whole process. Amazing staff, super comfortable office, and they have beverages. Everyone likes beverages.

This place has no integrity. Just another wasted visit. My meeting only lasted 5 minutes. No compassion. No understanding. I left extremely defeated. In world where people just want help, and to be discarted...

This place is awesome. They make you feel right at home. The TMS has already started to help me. They are more worried about trying to get you help than make money off you. Dr. Blair is great!

Everyone is extremely nice here. The place is very clean and relaxing. They really are there to help everyone. I was extremely nervous my first time taking the Spravato treatment and Sarah talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. She usually assists me with my treatments when I am there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Adding 5 more ⭐.

The care team at Optimum is awesome. They’re attentive and compassionate. For anyone considering TMS, it’s not a last resort option. I waited so long to get it because I didn’t think my symptoms were bad enough yet, I was wrong! Almost all of my depression and anxiety symptoms are gone. I definitely recommend both TMS and Optimum.

I love this place! I go here for Spravato ketamine therapy. The entire staff is super friendly. The vibes are wonderful. Private rooms with nice recliners, calming lights, heaters, and candy. 10/10, would recommend! Actually, I’ve already recommended it to a friend who will be starting soon.
