First time patient and will not return. I was there over 2 hours start to finish and some of the services and questions were repetitive. But the dealbreaker was that my contact lens prescription was ‘not ready’ when I was checking out. I was told they would email it. Four business days later I had to call twice before they finally emailed the prescription. Clearly they have no respect for my time or me.

I was quite concerned due to a problem with using your check in site for this visit. Using the text site sent to me during the process regarding payment, a number of My credit cards were on the site. Alarmed about this unusually breach of privacy, I called your office to question this. After several calls & speaking with several people I was advised that the issue would be resolved on tge day of my appointment. At the office we did touch on the matter & was told that it was MY Phone! I have never used any credit card with my cell phone to pay for my visits at your Practice! Not any credit cards have been used, I have always paid by check. incidentally, My visit with Dr. Folder on 2/06/26 paid with check # 1509 was my 1st encounter with your billing department. After late charge notices & many phone calls with my bank & your office beginning 4/17/2026 the check was finally located on May 20th. Clearing my bank 5/26/2026! My concern at this point is looking at the receipt issued with my payment for the visit on August 14 2026 with check # 1543 is referred to PAYMENT By CREDIT!!!! Please check into this Alarming Concern with regard to my Check Payment prior to the examination & services of August 14th with Payment & Credit with a CHECK! Please communicate accordingly with me. The procedures with my Eye Examination went well!

I've called multiple times over the last few weeks during office hours and sit on hold for well over 5+ mins and no one ever answers. I just want to know what insurance they take to make sure I have coverage. No where on their website says what coverage they have only payment plans... taking my business else where
