Fast and efficient
Couldn’t figure out how to make a new post so i just edited to current experience. Tonight on August 15th 2026. I got poked 3 times by a nurse and they couldn’t locate my veins. A different nurse came in to try. Ben from Dallas was the COOLEST calmest nurse I’ve ever met. I was having lots of internal panic with pain, and he was cracking jokes trying to make light of a bad situation which really helped. He checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable. Ben had the best bed side manor, honestly he would fit in great at a children’s hospital. I would rate Ben 10/10 and give him a daisy award if I could. Definitely recommend this place for quick fast comfortable service!
The entire staff here is amazing. We have had to come here a few times but they are always great. Dr Talal is especially thorough and makes sure that you are taken care of. Thank you!!
Awesome care, Dr. Talal was understanding, heard my issues, and took care of them quickly! All the staff are supportive, kind, and on top of everything!!
Took my son (3 yrs old) because he was having bad stomach ache. Doctor ran some blood work and took X-rays. They determined he was dehydrated and backed up. Put him on an IV and gave him some Tylenol. This helped tremendously! We ended up spending the night, but my son was so much better afterwards!
I had such a great experience at this ER! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They explained everything along the way and made a stressful situation so much easier. I ended up unfortunately having to stay the night, but the staff was amazing and took such good care of me. They even brought me a delicious dinner! They also made sure my mom was comfortable while she waited, which I really appreciated.I had Dr. Talal and was really impressed with him. He has an amazing bedside manner, took the time to answer all my questions, and really made me feel comfortable. All the doctors seem great, but hopefully you can get Dr. Talal! Seriously, if you’re not feeling well, run here! They even see children. I’m so thankful for everyone who took care of me. Highly recommend!
Great service !
The staff is beyond amazing. From the wonderful welcoming energy from Zarrar, Dr Zahoor, and everyone. They were fast, professional, and showed us what true hospitality looks like. This will be our new place simply because you could feel the good vibes. They love what they do and as patients we can feel that. Thank you guys!
Best emergency room! It’s real no wait and the doctor nurse and the front desk receptionist were compassionate and helpful and they made me feel like I matter. The doctor went out of his way to give me extra resources and advice in a way that didn’t make me feel bad. I’m so glad I picked The ER of Watauga.
Easy, quick visit. Great staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
