Dr. Anthony Lee is amazing. He never recommends an unnecessary surgery. But in order to get any of your questions answered regarding your care, you're left leaving countless voicemail messages because there's only one Medical Assistant who handles both scheduling and patient care. This does a disservice to patients by making them wait to get any questions answered. There is no patient portal or messaging app, and no way to speak to a medical assistant when you call. I left a message with Deanna, Dr. Lee's Medical Assistant, to make an appointment, and I didn't receive a response. This meant I had to keep calling. As a former healthcare provider, Emergency Department Unit Clerk, and Medical Receptionist, this is extremely unprofessional and is not good patient care. In pain, I have to continually call and play phone tag. There's no direct app or patient portal to send messages. Dr. Lee only has one Medical Assistant doing everything. I've had to call and speak to a receptionist twice because I could not communicate with Deanna. Dr. Lee has many patients. In my view, patients would be better served by having more employees to answer patient questions and schedule appointments. A patient portal and messaging app should be available to ALL patients. Without this, patients are waiting for care and have unnecessary frustration and stress in addition to brain and spinal complications.

Dr. Anthony Lee, Neurosurgeon, is absolutely the Best Physician. He is attentive, outstanding with medical details. Great at listening to my issues & providing the best suggestions for my recovery. Kind bedside manner. I will be grateful for his expertise. Underwent Spinal Surgery by Dr. Anthony Lee and Dr. Casteneda. Outstanding procedure with the most professional medical Team. Physical Therapy for 3 1/2 months. I am walking 5 1/2 miles per day, without pain, and no discomfort. My new lease on Life. Thank you, Dr. Anthony Lee, Rusti, Dianna, and PA Amber. The Best!
