Dr Tod young what a jerk!!! He told my husband to fake it ! 3 months after coloplast implant my husband was having some problems that made things difficult, and Dr Tod Young recommended he fake it! Instead of being sympathetic that was his solution! I am Appalled…

Wonderful experience. Good doctors who listen. Good office staff. In-house blood draws and pharmacy.

My first 3 calls to them - hung up without even speaking to someone. I called back and got through. Then upon calling back later in the day - two hang ups. POOR SERVICE.

Money Over Customer Care, Extremely Upsetting Experience. I provided new insurance details as requested and had my appointment scheduled a week prior, on my appointment day I'm told I'm put in as self pay and it would be $600 for the visit. Rather than informing me that the insurance was not in their network and considering the drive and time taken out from my plans I was placed as "self pay" after providing details.. And!!! They also called a day before to tell me to pickup and take a prescription for my appointment date but completely left out details about the insurance I provided not covering my visit. Extremely upsetting and disappointed with the lack of consideration and that the priority was on having a prescription picked up and a goal to collect $600 as a self pay

Dr. Todd E Young WAS my doctor until he abandoned me after surgery. I developed complications the following day after surgery and he was no where to be found! I developed complications due to a stone that got stuck in my ureter after surgery he never put a stent in place after surgery. The following day I had to be rushed to the hospital where they could not get a hold of him and I had to be assigned to a new doctor, and I am so grateful that I found someone better. Because of Dr. Young and the complications of that surgery. I developed a blood clot in my leg had to do three months on thinners and could not return to work for the rest of the school year. I needed two more additional surgeries to fix my ureter that had become torn when the stone got stuck during the first surgery. He is an absolutely terrible man who should not be allowed to practice ever again!!

These people are always a problem; it takes multiply calls for your prescription refills it's always someone else's job they never answer the phone, and you have to leave a message. even when you request it they do not call back and it's the same thing for the pharmacy as well. You would think management would read these issues and truly be concerned. Hard to believe they pay no attention it's systemic. And if it's a Friday....FORGET IT!! I wrote the review for the wrong company.

I just wasted almost 30 minutes simply trying to get *anyone* to answer the phone. If they can't even provide basic office services, I have no confidence that they can provide more important care. Also, looking at the recent reviews, it seems like something has changed. They had good reviews but recently it seems like its gone down the drain.

What a complete joke .. The Doctor wouldn't even come in and see me. The assistant played 3rd party carrier. They sure took my full payment If you want a doctor that won't come in the room and talk to you this is the place. I had some questions the assistant didn't know the answer to, "see ya in a month" he says.... I have a serious issue and the doc wouldn't even come in the room...

Dr. Young is exceptional, however if you call and deal with the staff you need to get a full name. Like most Dr. offices staffing is a real problem.
