We are so blessed to have gone through treatment with RMA Houston. We initially came to them when they first opened in 2024 for initial consultation and testing. They are transparent and honest and make sure you’re aware of what you're going into. Communication is most effective through the portal as it can be difficult to get directly to the office by phone. I got the chance to work with both doctors which they are both so nice and comforting. During treatment, Dr. Herlihy would personally check in to see how I was doing during her street hours which was so appreciated. We trust this team so much and blessed they have been able to assist with our first baby coming this fall ❤️
We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at RMA for their exceptional care, compassion, and support throughout our IVF journey. A special thank you to **Dr. Nola Herlihy, Dr. Caroline Juneau, Ms. Reagan, and Ms. Elena**, as well as everyone else who cared for us along the way. If I were to name everyone who helped us, this review would be far too long! Every member of the team was kind, professional, patient, and supportive, which made a very emotional journey much easier for us. We are so thankful for our successful outcome and truly appreciate everything the RMA team has done for us. We highly recommend RMA to anyone considering fertility treatment. Thank you for helping make our dream come true! ❤️ With lots of love and gratitude, Athira & Nirmal❤️
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the incredible team who took care of me throughout this journey. Dr. Herlihy, Eleni, my nurse practitioner, and Kat, my nurse, made such a special and emotional process feel even more meaningful. From the very beginning, I always felt heard, cared for, and supported. They were always there whenever I had a question or needed reassurance, and I never felt like just another patient. The care always felt personal, genuine, and compassionate, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Everything about my experience was truly exceptional, and I will forever be grateful for the care I received here. Today, I officially graduated from the clinic and, thanks in part to this amazing team, I am expecting my first baby and finally growing the family I dreamed of. 🥹🤍 Thank you, Dr. Herlihy, Eleni, Kat, and the entire team, for being such an important part of our story. We will never forget you. ❤️
RMA has a fantastic team and an organized practice. Communication is typically fast and their records system is great to use. They show that they really care about their patients, all of the providers are great to work with, and their administrators/nurses are helpful when troubleshooting is needed with medications/insurance/etc. We always felt like they took time to answer our questions. We are grateful for their effort and care.
I had such a great experience at RMA. Everyone I interacted with—from the phlebotomists and nurses to the front desk staff and providers—was incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. I was primarily under the care of Eleni, who I truly cannot speak highly enough of. She always took the time to explain things thoroughly, made me feel heard, and was incredibly attentive when responding to my messages through the patient portal. Going through IVF was not something I ever pictured myself doing, but having such a warm and supportive team made the experience feel so much easier. I also had a wonderful experience with Dr. H. Her warm smile and positive attitude meant so much to me, especially during my transfer. I’m also very grateful for Dr. Juneau and the care I received from her. One of the things I appreciated most about RMA was their after-hours line. I called a couple of times and was always able to reach a provider, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire RMA team for making what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel supported, personal, and positive. I would highly recommend RMA to anyone going through a fertility journey.
Walking into the RMA offices was always a breath of fresh air. The decor is beautiful and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly. You truly feel like an individual, which is important when going through such an intensive process like IVF. I came to RMA after experiencing two pregnancy losses from spontaneous pregnancies and receiving a diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve. My dreams of starting a family with my husband seemed far off to me, but then I met with Dr. Juneau, and she was so great at explaining what diminished ovarian reserve meant and what it didn't mean. She was honest with us that it would likely take us a few rounds of IVF to get enough embryos to feel confident we could have two children, but she assured me that otherwise my husband and I were healthy, and that our dream was attainable. With diminished ovarian reserve, you're working with way fewer follicles than most women, but the staff never made me feel less than at the scans or the egg retrievals. They take a highly personalized approach to care. I ended up doing three back-to-back egg retrievals with RMA, and on the 3rd round, we got a beautiful Day 5 5AA euploid embryo. I remember when Nurse Dee called me. She was almost as happy as I was! I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with that embryo and couldn't be happier. I want to thank Dr. Juneau, Nurse Dee, the front desk staff, the phlebotomists, the nurses, the embryologists, and the very friendly anesthesiologist who always put me at ease during egg retrievals.
We started our journey with RMA almost a year ago and everything was good from the get-go. Every single one there was very friendly, understanding and professional. All questions and concerns that we had were always addressed timely. I loved everyone there and really couldn’t find anything to complain about :). Thanks to their experience and expertise, our first transfer was a success and we delivered our little one just recently. We are forever grateful!
I will be forever grateful for RMA! From the front desk to the doctors every one was so supportive and kind. Dr. Hurlihy and nurse Dee are so amazing! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Juneau who was also so so kind. They are very responsive on the portal and always there to answer your questions quickly. When walking in the front door, the receptionist always recognized me and got me checked in right away! Plus the wait times were always short. I was usually in and out within 20 minutes on most visits! They really treat you like an individual and not just a number. I’m forever thankful for them for helping me start my family.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to schedule a monitoring appointment with RMA. I am currently undergoing fertility treatment with a clinic in NYC and am temporarily in Houston. My physician provided bloodwork and ultrasound orders and instructed me to obtain monitoring on Saturday to confirm ovulation. Given how time-sensitive fertility treatment is, I called RMA on Thursday to see if they could accommodate the appointment. The representative took all of my information, asked detailed questions about my situation, and told me the clinical team would review my request and get back to me. I never received a call. When I followed up myself, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and informed me that RMA does not do Saturday appointments. My frustration is not only with the answer, but with the process. If Saturday appointments were never an option, why was all of my information collected and why was I told the clinical team would review my case and follow up? Instead of receiving a timely answer, I lost valuable time waiting for a call that never came and ultimately had to chase down the information myself. What is most surprising is that this is a fertility clinic. Fertility treatment revolves around biological timelines, not business hours. Ovulation, bloodwork, and monitoring do not conveniently happen Monday through Friday. Refusing to offer Saturday monitoring or even clearly communicating that limitation upfront creates unnecessary stress for patients during an already emotional and time-sensitive process. Patients deserve clear communication, prompt follow-up, and an understanding of the urgency that comes with fertility care.
I write this as I sit next to my now 4 week old miracle girll! I owe the world to RMA. Dr. Herlihy and all of the nurses and embryologists changed our lives. I went in December 2024 after trying to conceive naturally for ~18 months in my mid 30s. They quickly performed a slew of testing (blood work, HSG, ultrasound, genetic testing, etc) and we ended up doing one cycle of IVF. For context I was 35 at that time, AMH 1.36, decreased AFC of 4 on the left and 2 on the right, and a blocked fallopian tube on the left (I almost always ovulated off the left because of that and the egg wasn't going anywhere). In May of 2025 I had my first egg retrieval and first and only (so far) transfer 7/7/25 that gave us this beautiful baby girl!! I was thankful for the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Herlihy, I felt she communicated clearly, set us up with realistic expectations, the medication instructions and monitoring instructions were all well explained. There was no false hope given, we did get very lucky with one egg retrieval and one transfer but we are endlessly thankful. We will be back there next year to transfer another of our embabies.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
