My daughter (at 39 wks) gave birth at the WHT after finding out she would need to be induced instead of delivering at the Katy Birth Center with midwives. They respected her birth plan 100%! Delivered on hands and knees, labored some on the toilet, no episiotomy, no shots (even ASKED if she wanted any), no holding her breath and pushing with all her might on her back, delayed cord cutting until it stopped pulsating and was white. They encouraged keeping baby with them. Left them alone for an hour after she was cleaned up. One complaint is that they didn't put baby on the breast immediately (within 1/2 hr, while baby has that brief awake window) and she didn't think of it. The next couple of days our tiny baby refused to nurse because he was too sleepy and they insisted she give formula once (or he'll end up in the NICU), then pumped breast milk (which she DISCOVERED HERSELF was an option sitting in the corner of the room). I also think the nurse who helped her first didn't know what she was doing and made it worse. Lactation consultants were somewhat helpful/encouraging and available round the clock. Overall, a good experience and they treated her well.
Excellent induction + delivery experience! All my nurses were knowledgeable and attentive. Special shoutout to my delivery nurses Tylor and Makenna who (along with my OB), coached me through delivery and took great care of both my baby and me after.
It was my first time at this place. It was ok. There was some sort of a 30 minute delay and we were told we could reschedule or continue waiting. I had another appointment to attend within an hour so went ahead and got dressed and as I went to the front desk they called me back and so I went ahead and went back and put my smock back on real quick and was able to get my mammogram done. The technician was very professional and patient with the process.
Henok is very awesome, I really appreciated his help towards my parking experience…. Great job Henok. Thank you

Love the Women’s Hospital of Texas
Had such a great experience! Dr. Queeney is such a girls girl and treats her patients with the utmost importance. All the staff I spoke to during my entire process from pre-op, registry, surgery day and even after my surgery were phenomenal! Loved my experience at The Women’s Hospital of Texas.
FORMAL COMPLAINT – FIREARM MISSING FROM VEHICLE WHILE IN VALET CUSTODY I have had to come to this hospital twice within approximately three weeks for surgery. On both occasions, due to the urgent nature of my medical situation, I used the hospital’s valet service. During my most recent visit, I had a firearm in my vehicle. Because I was entering the hospital for an emergency and could not legally take the firearm inside with me, I secured and locked it inside my glove compartment before turning my vehicle over to valet. I did not have the opportunity to return home beforehand because I needed immediate medical care. I trusted that my vehicle and the property secured inside it would remain safe while the vehicle was in the custody of the valet service. After I had recovered enough from surgery to return to my vehicle, I discovered that my firearm was missing from the locked glove compartment. I immediately contacted hospital security and requested information identifying the valet employee or employees who had possession of, entered, moved, parked, or otherwise had access to my vehicle. I was not provided that information. I have since contacted the corporate office, contacted hospital administration, and filed a police report with the Houston Police Department. This was not simply a piece of personal property. This firearm was my service weapon, and the fact that a firearm disappeared from a locked compartment while my vehicle was entrusted to a valet service is extremely concerning. I am formally requesting that the hospital and valet company immediately preserve all evidence associated with my vehicle and the time it was in valet custody, including: - All surveillance footage covering the valet entrance, valet parking areas, garages, vehicle storage areas, and any location where my vehicle was parked or moved - Valet tickets, electronic records, key-tracking records, employee assignments, timestamps, and vehicle movement logs - The identities of all employees who handled my keys, drove my vehicle, entered my vehicle, or otherwise had access to it - Any available access-control or employee timekeeping records relevant to the incident - Any incident reports or internal communications concerning my report of the missing firearm Please do not allow any potentially relevant video footage, electronic records, or other evidence to be routinely overwritten, deleted, destroyed, or otherwise lost. I am requesting that your organization cooperate fully with the Houston Police Department and provide the investigating officer with any records, footage, employee information, or other evidence requested as part of the investigation. I would also like written confirmation that this complaint has been received, that all potentially relevant evidence is being preserved, and the name and contact information of the person responsible for handling this matter. Given that a firearm is now unaccounted for, I consider this an urgent public-safety matter and expect it to be treated accordingly.
I had all my babies in this hospital and I can say it’s the best experience. All the nurses and workers super friendly and attentive.
Quality Care Review I had an excellent experience at The Women’s Hospital of Texas. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Every employee and staff member I encountered was skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. The quality of care I received was outstanding, and I always felt that I was in capable and compassionate hands. The staff took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Overall, I could not have asked for better care. I am extremely grateful to the entire team at The Women’s Hospital of Texas and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate, and professional care.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
