I had the pleasure of going to see Dr. Yeung. Both at the Irving & Plano location. His staff is amazing. Jaii, Melanie, Regina, Andrea(andy), Stephanie, and of course Maxie the practice manager. They introduced themselves basically as soon as I walked in. I am really good with names, I will never forget them! Highly recommend this practice.

I arrived thirty minutes late because I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 2:30 instead of 2:00. The front desk was kind enough to check if the next patient would arrive. But when they didn’t show, I was still told the audiologist couldn’t fit me in, even though I was only there for a quick hearing aid fit check and to pick up extra pieces. After driving half an hour there and over an hour home, I had to reschedule for two weeks later. I understand policies matter, but I wish there had been a little flexibility.

I have had a great experience working with Dr. Yeung and his wonderful staff (especially Andy!). Everyone at this office (Irving location) has been warm, kind, friendly and professional. The way they handle scheduling and appointment reminders was definitely the easiest process I have had working with a Specialists office. The front desk staff actually smile at you when you walk in instead of making you feel like a bother. Thank y’all so much for helping me regain my breathing function after suffering from a deviated septum!

Dr. Yeung was great! From my initial consultation, to surgery, to my last appointment, the experience was very simple for me as a patient. I am currently three weeks post-op and am breathing much better than I was before the procedure, still with healing left to do, so I’m sure it can only get better from here. Dr. Yeung and his staff took time to answer my questions and make sure I was well taken care of, and I have no complaints. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT in the area.

I had two surgeries with doctor Terry Yeung, and both turned out great. I’m no longer dealing with the problems I had before, and there were no complications at all. Everything was very clear and transparent. Also I felt safe, and the medical care was excellent. The whole process was fast and accessible

Dr. Yeung and his team have been absolutely amazing! From the first visit to look into my deviated septum, to the last follow up appointment, they have been very professional! Thanks to Dr. Yeung, I can breathe better, which has drastically helped with my sleep apnea. 10/10 recommend!!
