I highly recommend this practice. Dr Ashmead and the team there provide exceptional compassionate care and take the time to explain at a level you can understand what is going on. The offiice is very efficient. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. It’s refreshing when a doctors office respects my time.

All of the staff at the Centers for Advanced ENT Care, are always very kind and very professional! If you need an ear, nose, and throat doctor, Dr. Pham is your guy! If you suffer from chronic sinus issues, Dr. Pham also does allergy testing. He also does hearing tests. Again, I highly recommend this crew!

We had a terrible experience with the PA, Amy, at the Southlake location. My 4 year old daughter was seen for swimmers ear and was scared and in pain. Instead of extending any type of comfort, compassion or care, Amy told my daughter to stop crying because “the walls were thin and she was scaring other patients.” She then proceeded to leave the room and said she would return when my daughter stopped, it needs to be noted that she was maybe in the room for 1-2 minutes before she anger left. Amy was frustrated, rude and said my daughter would need to be sedated for a simple procedure because she did not give her the chance to calm down. Because of her lack of competency to help a scared toddler I had to see a different ENT the same day. This ENT took the time to reassure my daughter and she was able to successfully complete the procedure (without sedation) and with zero tears or nerves from my daughter’s end. I will never see Amy again. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of care that was extended to scared toddler who was in pain.

Dr Viet Pham carefully cares for me. He is amazing, caring, gentle I feel very fortunate to be under his care. I truly trust his ability and knowledge. He listens, he cares, he advises, and is very understanding. Oh: If you are elderly as I am maybe you have had past issues understanding very qualified medical professionals and others in the medical field. Dr Pham speaks perfect English absolutely very easy to understand you will not have issues with this doctor. I do not enjoy going to any doctor but I have to say I enjoy every visit.
