Everyone was professional. I never felt rushed and the doctor answered all my questions in simple terms. I was provided with options for resolution of my issue which I really liked. Highly recommend them.

OSS was amazing helped my parents right away. My dad broke his arm back in September and he was treated at this awesome place. He is recovered now. My mom had a fall off the stairs and injured her knee thanks to the care she received she is doing better.  Dr. Duenes is amazing, patient and professional. Dr. Mikhael is wonderful.  I have a fractured Patella and I don't need surgery, thank goodness.. Dr. Patella is taking the necessary steps for me to heal including exrays, brace and physical therapy.... He  A kind and knowledgeable doctor... There is no long waiting periods in the waiting room either!  The entire visit is fast and efficient.                                                              I am in good hands with this group

It's not only is Dr. Raven a superb and patient doctor, his office runs so efficiently. No waiting an hour in the waiting room. I got there and within 1 or 2 minutes I was called in and well taken care of. I highly recommend doctor raven and his doctor raven and his practice.

The office staff is fast and efficient. Dr Y. Is knowledgeable, friendly but straight to the point.

Dr Yacoubian is a life saver. He is a very patient and knowledgeable Dr. He pays attention to the details and has literally help save my leg and hip. I almost lost my life to an infection and two other surgeries by a different surgeon.  Dr Yacoubian has stepped in to save my hip,my leg and my life. I am eternally grateful to him and his wonderful staff. They are always so nice. His PA Omar is great too.

The office staff are kind, efficient, and organized. Dr. Shahan Yacoubian did my first hip replacement four years ago, and I know I am in the best hands for my next one when the time comes! I am very grateful!!

If I could give 0 for the front desk for this office I would. They are very unprofessional to another level. They don't even look at you so that you know whom they're speaking to. Rude!! Very rude!!! No "hello,: no "thank you," and when you call, forget about your call being answered earlier than 15 minutes on hold. Ridiculous!! Theybdomt even check paperwork properly. I have not filled out a lot of information on the forms given because I didn't want to put that information there, they could care less. They don't even check for signatures. They're not clear on communication. The doctors are great, but the front desk service is terrible!!

I was referred by my doctor to the orthopaedic surgery specialists due to my back and knee injuries. The first two times I came the doctors for my back and knee treated me very nice. But after I had my next appointment both doctors the knee and back specialist hasnot been very nice . I try to understand my MRI results and the doctor didn't even explain anything to me . He just said am going to have you get some blood work that's all he said . As if that will explain my injuries. there's a lady who works there she's a medical assistant and she was so rude. She has blonde hair and wears glasses . I ask her if she could open the door for me since it's hard to push the door due to my back pain. She had an attitude and even rolled her eyes at me. The front desk ladies are rude too. There is only one that treat you with respect. But the rest are rude. One last thing if you plan to make an appointment they never keep the appointment they change it without you knowing. Very unprofessional

I have seen 2 of the doctors in this office and both are very informative and also friendly.  Staff is well informed and very pleasant.

It's was so easy to get an appointment next day for my son's broken ankle. They took great care of him, and were very friendly at every visit through the duration of his care. I highly recommend!

They weee fast, efficient and took care of my problem. I would recommend them highly for anyone needing an orthopedic specialist.
