Dr. Robert Glazer's Online Review Report Card

He has exceptional bed side manner and very thorough w assessment. He listened and made sure my concerns were addressed. I left feeling reassured and confident that I was taken care of by a provider that was well experienced and very knowledgable.

Dr. Glazer is a M.D. in Family Practice. He is also the Medical Director for Torrance Memorial Physicians Network. I wasn't his patient; yet he was willing to speak with me at length about a serious issue with a member of the team. He was thoughtful, salient, and open-minded in his willingness to help and it was a productive and meaningful experience with him.On that basis, I would see him whenever there is a need. You should nothesitate to contact Dr. Glazer if you have a family practice medical issue.

Wonderful, caring doctors

Dr. Glazer was very prompt in calling and he was very courteous and listened to all of my concerns. He was kind enough to ease my concern regarding my symptoms and my recent vaccine, and even called in the Rx I needed.

Great doctor, down to earth and real.

Was a patient of Dr. Glazer for many years. I had not seen him in just over 3 years because I was not sick. Called to make an appointment and was told Dr. Glazer was no longer seeing patients that he had not seen in the previous 3 years. Basically I was fired by my doctor because I was healthy. Nice job.

Staff is utterly rude and combative and come from a stance of control. This is mostly on the phone. In person, they are so-so. This has been getting progressively worse. They lie to you and cover for one another. If you ask to speak to your doctor they make sure he never gets the message. Or the doctor instructs them to do so to make the patient jump hoops to get to them. They know you will have to pay your co-pay to come in order to complain directly. They also come up with every excuse possible to get you to come in for unnecessary visits to bring in more money. If they bully you, voice your complaints on review boards everywhere but more importantly to your insurance company. They take complaints very seriously. Fortunately, you do have choices in picking your doctor and there are really good ones out there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here and find an office who cares and doesn't insult you with lies and doesn't make you wait forever. Dr. Glazer specifically is on a path to retire so perhaps he just doesn't care anymore.

From office staff to physicians & nurse practitioners, everyone is friendly and accommodating. I've never been rushed through my visits and the care received is thorough. Follow ups are timely whether in-person or via telephone.

Dr. Glazer is the best. He is very knowledgeable/intelligent and very nice, and easy to talk too. He's office staff are always kind, and efficient.
