I saw my PCP earlier in the day with a concern. She told me I needed to be evaluated and referred me to Dr Ren. His office worked me in the same day. The staff was professional, helpful and caring. Dr Ren took time to fully explain everything to me. It was a relief to be seen so quickly.

The nurse staff and Dr.Vivek were very thorough in examining my issue and explaining possible solutions. Very courteous and professional.

Had.problems with fistula bleeding a long time after I used it. Went back multiple times to have it looked at. The Dr. Did several sonogram and that was all. Finally my fistula closed off and I had to have another surgery to open it. I was told that I could not have the surgery on Tues.because my insurance would not pay for it. I called my insurance company and was told I could have any procedure done, by any doctor, any day I wanted; and it would be coveted. Also, the doctor had not contacted my insurance about the procedure. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
