Excellent organized visit.
Dr. Keuer takes his time with you and sits and explains everything. I never feel rushed and when I leave I know exactly what he has said. I highly recommend him.
First visit to Dr. Keuer's office. Professional staff, clean office. Dr. Keuer was excellent.
Had a teleconference with Dr. Keuer recently. Told him I had a recent U/S of kidneys which showed 2 6mm stones in L kidney & that I have been having cloudy & bloody urine with urgency. He told me that was normal & that he didnt feel it was time to remove the stones. Yet in 8/19 he removed 1 stone that was 7mm via ESWL. Being a nurse Im aware having cloudy & bloody urine isnt normal. I started having fever & chills. So I went to my PCP & my urine showed a high bacteria count with blood & I was treated for a rare type of bacterial infection & was diagnosed with a kidney infection. If I didnt go to my PCP I could have become septic. This all could have been avoided if Keuer would have had me come in for a urine specimen, rather then telling me it was normal*. I had great respect for Dr. Keuer prior to this latest encounter. He just didnt seem to care & totally blew me off. Will never go back to his practice. He was the only Dr I liked & trusted at the practice.
One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a procedure and was told to takeoff my shoes socks pants and underwear and Just put my clothes on a chair. Walk on a bare floor to go to a examining table During the procedure I had to hold on to the arm of an attendant with no protective gear. After the procedure L was told to clean myself with wipes with no place to dispose of the waste. One attendant was not wearing a mask. I’ve had 3 heart procedures in the last 6 mos. & am At risk For Covid19. Nothing was really explained before I left.
My first on line medical consultation. As opposed to speaking with a stranger Dr. Keuer and I have years of history that have been built on my trust in him as a Doctor and Urologist. I found that I quickly displaced any concerns with regard to not being physically in the same room and the usual comfortable cadence and private exchange with Dr. Keuer was easily established.
I have nothing but praise for my many office visits with his care and staff. They almost make me look forward to my next appointment.
Comprehensive Care office Dr. Brian Keuers team is a group of highly trained and highly skilled practitioners who have zeroed in on a struggle I have had with kidney stones for over 25 years. Through the 24 hour Urine test, diet and medications they have helped me to manage my condition very well. Many thanks from Ron and Ella Quinn.
My experience with Dr. Keuer was exceptionally positive. Its been four weeks since my procedure at Good Shepherd Hospital, and I recently had my followup visit, verifying success. Dr. Keuer is highly professional and his skillful surgery has clearly improved my quality of life. I highly recommend his services, and wouldnt hesitate returning in the future. Thank you Dr. Keuer.
In a stressful time it was comforting to have the doctors expertise in the privacy of our own home. Thanks, Doctor
Ive been a patient of Dr. Keuers for several years. I find him to be a great listener and genuinely concerned about providing the best care possible to his patients. Covid19 changed our most recent interaction. Face to face to meeting was not possible so my visit with Dr. Keuer was scheduled by his staff as a videoconference; whats being referred to as telemedicine in the media. The technology was a breeze; I had no problems scheduling or joining the videoconference at the appointed time. Dr. Keuer answered all my questions, reviewed lab results and offered medical advise just as he would if I were seated in an exam room at this clinic. The videoconference was covered by my insurance just like an office visit and I found it to be a great alternative.
1st time visit was nice experience staff was friendly and Dr keuer explained the plan of care very well way... we liked everything over there
My virtual visit with Dr Keuer was great! He was actually available early so he called to ask if i wanted to log on early which I did. I loved how I was able to speak with him while also viewing my test result. Everything ran very smoothly.
My visit was on Zoom and it went very well. Dr. Keuer, as always, was great and very thorough considering I was on my couch at home. He looks better in person. Dr. Keuer and his staff were extremely helpful in getting me through the technology. I highly recommend Dr. Keuer, and the best thing is, hes a very nice person.
Dr. Keuer is wonderful. He shows caring and kindness in a professional manner and is very knowledgeable. I feel like he is genuinely interested in my health and well being.
Very good professionak
excellent service. Accommodated my schedule.
This was the first time I had gone anywhere other than picking up groceries at the Jewel and prescriptions in the Drive Through at CVS since our Stayathome mandate began. I was very nervous about being too close to the nurses, office staff, and even Dr. Keuer. Once I entered the office I really felt at ease. The waiting room was very clean as usual and there was only one other person waiting. The chairs were positioned so you were not sitting right next to anyone. Dr. Keuers staff all had Masks and gloves and so did I when I entered the office. I felt very comfortable and safe during my appointment. It was obvious that Dr. Keuer and his staff did everything possible to make my appointment as safe as possible. I have been a patient of Dr. Keuers for over 7 years and I have always had great confidence in his knowledge and ability to care for his patients and after this visit that opinion has only increased.
While I would give Dr. Keuer a 5star rating, I would give his office in Elgin 2 stars. My husband, who has a mental disability, had a biopsy in the Elgin office (we are Barrington patients) on April 28. When we checked in at the desk, I informed the person that although I could wait in the car due to the virus, that I would appreciate someone reviewing what happened while Bill was with Dr. Keuer. Not only did that not happen, but then we were given an appt card for followup appointments in Elgin vs. Barrington. This resulted in 2 additional calls to Dr. Keuers assistant to reschedule appointments, and more importantly, get an explanation of Bills MRI and biopsy appointment.
Everybody involved from registration through the whole procedure was very helpful to me and very nice. Dr. Keuer was great, easy to talk to and explained what he was doing while treating me. It couldnt have been better! I thank everyone for their efforts on my behalf.
