I’ve been on hold for an hour and half now waiting for you all to pick up. This is the most atrocious for of customer service I have ever “received”. I was sent my notice for my bill over a month after my visit and did not receive it until today.Stop apologizing and do better.

Kathie is amazing. I was calling to handle a past due bill, tried to call SCA collections and they were so rude and nasty, even hung up on me while trying to pay. Kathie handled my accounts, brought them back current and was so kind. She even apologized for SCA, and sent a message up the chain of command to report their negative behavior. Thank you Kathie, and thanks TRA for taking care of us when we needed you.
Worst billing experience. Impossible to get someone to talk to on the phone. Stay on hold for 15 minutes and then get dropped several times
I had a great experience with treatment at Triad Radiology Associates, it's the billing office I have a problem with. I never received a paper bill in the mail. I got one robo call that said I had a balance, but when I tried to call back, I couldn't reach a person. I tried to pay online, but you have to have your account number to be able to pay. I didn't have a paper bill, so I didn't have an account number. Next thing I know, they send the bill to collections. WHOA, that was quick! I paid the bill as soon as I got the letter (which I would have done for Triad Radiology Associates if I had received a paper bill). Triad Radiology Associates, please improve your billing department!
The ppl i have talked to in the past were nice and courteous. And yes they are quick to turn ppl over to collections. But my real problem is i was rearended in an accident and i havent recieved my two doctor xray bills. The person who hit me has medical coverage and has been trying to get the info also. With that being said get in touch with me cause yall are holding me from my settlement
I paid my bill in full immediately upon receiving it. I received 3 phone calls that week, one that day, one the next day and another a few days later, from the same man asking for payment, even though I explained to him several times that I already paid and gave him my confirmation number. The harassing phone calls have continued with an automated one today asking me to call their billing dept. I called right away and "all of their reps are in training, call back another time". Why are you asking me to call back immediately if no one can take the call!?! I called the main admin office and left a message so hopefully someone will get back to me before this harassment continues any further. Check your records before putting these calls out to customers!
Terrible customer service! No way to pay up front, then sent a bill for full amount! Will not be going back to Novant for testing!After waiting in queue behind 16 callers, then calling back to be told all representatives were in training and to call back, and then waiting behind 14 callers in queue, I was told that my first statement went out on 10/29/19 which was almost a month before my procedure! When I called back, I was told, "Well, she has told you wrong!"
Great people, competent, caring physicians, and the friendliest staff around. I love visiting and working with these folks and appreciate the long term relationship I've had with them! Best in the Piedmont Triad and arguably and entire southeast, I'd recommend them highly!
This place is a billing nightmare! Avoid it at all costs.

UPDATE: Kathy from their administrative office called me right back and we settled the bill easily. I complained heartily about their horrible ROBO call "service". She asked me a couple of times if I had gotten a statement, and no, I don't believe I have. She was SUPER NICE and a pleasure to work with.They would probably get better online ratings if they used a better billing system/collection service. Current one is awful. The radiology service itself was excellent, but their after-care leaves much to be desired.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I received a ROBO call this morning about an outstanding balance. The phone tree was OBNOXIOUS to deal with -- would not allow an exit to actually speak to anyone. Plus, when I looked up this facility, I don't recall having been to this location for myself in a LONG time. I find this phone call very suspicious and the inability to talk to anyone is extremely poor service. TRIAD RADIOLOGY: Fix this and contact me (I have left a message in your "general mailbox") and I will revise this review.
Tend to review things that are either outstanding or total garbage. In this case, it's the latter. I learned I owed a small balance via correspondence from a collections agency. Fortunately, it hadn't yet been reported to a credit bureau.
Billing taken over by instaMed as of April of 2018. InstaMed is the worst company since they do not forward payments made on their website to Triad Radiology! Called, pressed "2" (dates of service before April 2018), and spoke with a delightful lady named Kathy who ironed out everything once I provided documentation showing that my bill had already been paid a month before. Triad Radiology needs to do themselves a favor and drop instaMed quickly before any more money is lost.
I have made monthly payments on time every month and they send me to collection. I mean on every month. Make sure you do not use them if at all possible especially if you are on a limited income.
If you could leave zero stars I would. Worst company ever! I only knew I had a supposed outstanding balance when I received a collections notice. They sent me to collections and I never received a bill from them. As soon as I received the collections notice I called them and they were supposed to send a bill and un-do the collections BUT I still have not received anything from them. Extremely upset and will not do business with these incompetent people again if I can help it!!
So I never been to this company in my life and got a hit on my credit.
I paid upfront before the appointment and paid a follow-up charge from Novant Health. I got a collections call and returned the call the same day. When i called Trial Radiology, they confirmed that the bill they sent had been returned to them from the post office ( I have lived at the same house/address my entire adult life). And then without any further attempts Triad Radiology turned it in against my credit history. The person i talked to was very nice and accommodating. Of course she would not let me record the phone call, which made me sceptical b/c the whole thing seems like a scam with the first robo-call made by the collections agent. I would have just said bad luck until i read all of the complaints it seems to be an ongoing issue. BBB will be contacted.
We are in an ongoing dispute with Triad Radiology in which we have proof that a bill has been paid via electronic bill pay and we cannot get responses or resolution. Thier representatives continue to ask for the same information that has now been sent twice in the form of the check that was posted to their account.What we do have is a huge drop in our perfect credit score due to their negligence and inability to find the account our money was posted to. My husband (Thomas Kincaid in case you want to contact him) has been dealing with this for weeks with hours invested on the phone. It is obvious from the posts I am seeing that this is standard procedure for them. I will happily post updates daily until this is resolved.
I went in for an MRI and set up a payment plan of $75 a month. They have been charging my card, but reported me to the credit companies as if I hadn’t paid $253.This dropped my credit almost 50 points in a time that I am trying to buy a house!When I called in, the front office asked for my information. I told her about my trying to purchase a home and she seemed overwhelmed and offered to transfer me because “she has nothing to do with this” which I see in reviews is an ongoing issue.If this does not get fixed, I will be taking legal action.
