If I could. I would rate this Dr. 0 stars, however that's not an option. The absolute worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and very unethical. From the start to the end. They don't communicate with their patients, leave patient information everywhere, are not careful or mindful of patient concerns. I don't understand how this location is still running.

Pretty much what Katrina said in her review. First pregnancy, first visit Dr. Wilson only saw me for 5 minutes, never got my welcome packet until 3 months into pregnancy explaining the dos and don'ts of pregnancy. Her assistant Diana claimed she never got a single one of my messages when I called once a day for 2 weeks straight about the paperwork they were supposed to give me on my first prenatal appointment. My test results came back positive for an infection and this office had known about it for over a week but I did not get meds until I finally got ahold of the office supervisor Erika who told me I need to pick up antibiotics asap. At my 2nd prenatal visit Dr. Wilson didn't even mention the infection I had, I asked about it if they will let me know if its cleared up and she said "oh you had an infection?".... did you never look at my test results?? Got a horrible vibe from her assistant Diana who was emotionless and just stares at you when I brought up how many times I had to follow up for them to send my maternity 21 test they kept claiming they sent but didnt. After my first visit I kept calling to ask about the tests she sent and the office said Dr.Wilson has not entered any notes or labs into my chart, even 2 weeks after my visit she still hadn't entered any labs. I would have also missed the prenuchal screening if I didnt call the office every day to follow up. The office staff was very rude especially Tatiana who was so condescending and annoyed with me when I kept following up when no one was getting back to me. Go to Douglas Memorial Health Care if you want a responsive doctor office who will do their job in making sure you and your baby are healthy. Even getting my records transferred to the new office required 4 calls because they only sent bits of my information instead of everything requested. Last call I received a condascending laugh from Janet and she hung up on me, because I asked they send all lab results originally requested when they only sent doctor visit notes. Horrible experience.

I'm pregnant for the first time and I found Dr. Kathy Wilson through my insurance provider. She seems to have decent reviews so I decided to give her a try. If this is your first pregnancy (or anything at all really) and you don't know what to expect, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT come to this office or see Dr. Wilson. It is highly disorganized and extremely robotic and impersonal. Our first visit was at 8 weeks, and when the nurse (Diana - I only know her name from our 13 week appointment and the doctor told it to us) took us back she was very unfriendly, didn't smile or introduce herself and the first thing she said to me is "what is your appointment for?"We went to one room where she took my blood pressure and temperature (that's it) in total silence and then said to wait for the doctor. Then she came back a few minutes later where we were relocated to another room and shortly after Dr. Wilson arrived. Dr. Wilson was friendly, introduced herself and we went over my medical history and then she quickly went through the lists of "don't do this, don't eat that etc. when pregnant" which was informative. Then she listed our options for prenatal tests but never asked which ones we would like to do or gave us information on how to go about scheduling them. (This is our first pregnancy and we were overloaded with information, I don't need my hand held but a little guidance or clarification would have been helpful)She did a quick ultrasound "just to make sure there is a heartbeat" (yes that's how she said it) and we saw the baby for a second, heard the heartbeat and then someone was knocking on the door because they needed something from the room (this happened twice, apparently they share the office and all the rooms with dermatology. No sense of privacy at all) Then the doctors said when we leave we would get a prenatal folder with the information we went over that day and left. Then Diana the nurse came back she took my bloodwork and said to follow her to schedule my next appointment. We scheduled my appointment and then we left. A few hours after we got home I realized we didn't get the folder so I called the office and they said to come back and pick one up. So I went back the next day and when I arrived Diana (still no smile) at first had no idea what I was talking about and then so "oh, the folder. Yeah we're all out of those, we're waiting for more to arrive so I'll set one aside for you for your next visit" - cool, drove there for nothing. Our next visit was at 13 weeks. About 2 hours before our appointment the doctor called and asked if we could come in 15-30 minutes earlier because she had a meeting she needed to get to so we did. We arrived and, I'm not exaggerating at all, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes including the time it took me to pee in the cup. It was super rushed, we didn't have the opportunity to ask any questions and when she asked me "so did you do the first trimester testing?" I said "uh no, how were we supposed to go about that?" she said you were supposed to call the number Diana gave you and schedule it (offsite) I said she never gave us a number or anything at all at the last appointment and it wasn't clear that we were supposed to call another lab ourselves to schedule it. The doctor said "well it's too late now" and then she said OK, Diana will schedule your next appointment. I finally found a new OB through a referral from a friend and it is night and day. They asked me did your previous OB do this, this this or this? And the answer for all was no. Then when they finally got all my labs and testing even more things were still missing. When you receive care where you're actually confident in the doctor and the nurses it makes this office look like an overcrowded, underfunded free clinic. I'm so glad I never have to come back here again. Don't come to this office, it's a mess and your literally just a number, not a human patient to them and I really don't believe they care about you. They just want you in and out. You deserve better care!

I knew Dr. Wilson from her previous office. I was always satisfied, but when she left I could not find her, so I stayed with the other office, and had my baby. I am just glad I found her, I can't wait to make my next appointment. She truly is the BEST. Dr. Wilson is a Professional, caring Doctor and a wonderful person.

Dr Wilson rocks! From the moment she enters the room, it is apparent she is vested in not just your "primary complaint," but your overall well being. She educates, helps you understand your choices and presents options other specialists seem to be unaware of. She is truly a doctor for the sake of serving patients with the best standard of health and we plan to ask for her every time.
