I'm always happy with Dr. Sujatha Vivek. She is my ob_gyn since 2011. She delivered my boy baby(2012).We will feel comfortable and the service will be great. Will Definitely recommend her.
She has been my doctor from 17 years, and I can keep saying that Dr. Sue is one of the best Doctors that I ever have. She listens to me, care about me and deliver my Childrens.I will always recommend her.
The staff is poor and the nurses are rude. I just don’t feel like my care is what’s important at this practice. The doctor tries to get out of doing anything extra. If you are there for your yearly, you can’t talk about or do anything but your yearly. You have to make another appointment and come back. The craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve been a patient for a few years and am finally leaving. I’m 55 and am going through perimenopause. I am in need of extra care and listening as a lot of changes are happening and I can’t get that help here. Leaving the practice.
If you want to be treated rudely and over charged, this is the place. Office staff is worse. I agree with other 1 star reviews about the staff behavior. Dont be mislead by the overall rating. Most 5 star ratings have no comments.Do your self a favor by staying away from this doctor's office. Good luck.
The scheduling team is horrible. They never take your call. I tried multiple times to take appointment with Dr.Vivek and no luck with it. I never seen any facility like this . They put me on hold for 20 min and they closed the office at 4 PM without taking call. These providers needs to have better office staff.
Always a great experience when coming to this practice. Dr. Vivek and her team are knowledgeable and attentive to my individual care. Highly recommend!
I am unhappy with Dr. Sujatha. I felt disrespected. I wouldn't recommend.I had an emergency during my 13 week on pregnancy - rushed to hospital. Further to my recovery, I had my appt with Dr. Sujatha after a month from the day of emergency. She asked me what had happen (maybe to understand my side of the story). However as I explained what I went thru on that day, I may have compared my experience of health care system of Dubai to USA (I relocated from UAE). She had the audacity to say - "Its the choice that I made to come to USA". I was - deep in my heart - homesick, and she made me feel miserable for being away from my family and also made me feel lonely. Being pregnant and emotional fragile, I could only thank my husband for being my emotional and moral support.I gave all my feedback to Ms. Hetal, the Nurse who was all ears to my pain and was helpful to comprehend my misery by Dr. Sujatha.I switched my prenatal care to another medical group with in 2-3 week as Dr. Sujatha's words kept echoing in my head that I had to get my peace of mind. When they asked us the receptionist/ front office team for the reason for the change of facility, we just say commute as we didn't want any hassle and I had already spoke to the Nurse sharing my feedback.
It was the worst doctor visit I ever had, I would not recommend this office to anyone. Upon being called back for my appointment my husband started to walk back with me. They informed me he was not allowed in the room. We try to explain that I have severe anxiety about doctor's appointments. Not a single person on your staff would listen or cared. Once back in the room and staff member walked in while I was trying to change. Once the doctor came in she was not pleasant. By that point I was already in a full-blown panic attack. I was crying and clearly upset. As a result of my anxiety and panic attack my blood pressure was raised. The only thing that the doctor was worried about was a slightly elevated blood pressure. I told her several times that I don't have a problem with high blood pressure. She continued about having my high blood pressure checked so I finally told her that the only reason my blood pressure is raised is because nobody on your staff would listen when they were told I have severe anxiety. She quickly finished my exam. Still crying I left the office. When notes were made in my chart she made negative remarks about my attitude. I found none of the back stuff to be kind or caring. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet but she was the only one. The emotional trauma the disappointment caused me has devastated me. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and if anyone asks I will tell them it is the worst possible doctors office.
I’ve absolutely loved seeing Dr Sujatha, as well as Nurse Sam and all the front dresk staff!Dr Sujatha has been so caring and thorough! I have had the BEST experience, they don’t waste time, so efficient, understanding of our situation, caring and tender!I’m thankful for such fast healthcare, they always call me back, respond to my messages and assist with anything needed!Thankful to be with Dr Sujatha and her team!
