Bad attitude

My mother was being erroneously charged for covid testing. I called the office and the billing dept was very short and rude. I went the next day to bring the lab report that showed she did not get the blood test she was getting charged for as that should make their job easier to clear things up. The receptionist was very professional and told me the balance was zero. I was ok with that said thank you and was going to leave when she said the billing person wanted to talk to me. The lady came out with an attitude talking down to me. Stated I yelled at her in the phone. I told her I did not and that she needs to work on her manners. I'm a nurse and not once ,no matter how busy I might, be treated a family member like she did me. My mother is satisfied with Dr Joyce's care but the staff may need some customer service education/ in-service.

Across the past 4 years we have taken our son to several different doctors trying to get help for the chronic health issues that he couldn’t seem to shake loose from. Dr Joyce ran diagnostic testing that other doctors had not; identified the unusual virus; and then prescribed a treatment regime that across 9 months has brought great relief from the symptoms he’s been struggling with for so long! We are SO thankful for her expertise and effective interventions!

Professional staff, attentive nurses and physicians. Thorough with screenings and preventative care. Great with children and teens...

Dr. Joyce is stellar! She is kind and caring, she gives you your undivided attention, you never feel rushed during your appointment, takes her time, asks questions, gives you a thorough exam. The staff is also amazing with all the same kind and caring qualities. Double thumbs up 👍🏽!!!
