As a wedding planner I get to meet so many amazingly talented people.  Meeting Thai Nguyen in person was truly a magical experience.  My bride was so thrilled at how quickly he understood her vision and sketched her first outfit.  He is truly a humble individual with a phenomenal skill set.  We are so happy to have him designing custom pieces for Brittany & Andy's wedding day at Pelican Hill! He is everything on the show Say I do and more! Thank you for making Brittany's day!

My custom ao dai turned out so good! He was so funny and I enjoyed our conversation and jokes. Best of all, he meets your deadline so you do not have to worry!!

OMG THAI!!! I will post photos soon, but let me just say the custom ao dai made for me was soo beautiful! It was exactly what I wanted and it magically complimented my husband's ao dai as well! I am not Vietnamese, so searching for an ao dai that was wedding worthy and beyond passable for my inlaws was pretty intimidating. Thai is just so cute and sweet, he made my friends and I feel comfortable right away. He helped me to understand the different styles (traditional and modern) and helped create something that looks sooo good on me! This was particularly helpful as a not tiny asian women (which I know is a concern for many nonviet/nontiny women looking to get an ao dai) but Thai made the dress look bomb on me! I seriously cannot count how many times my Vietnamese family and friends told me how dep it was. PLUS they all know Thai from Paris by Night so that name drop definitely elevated it. Thank you sooo much! highly recommended to all brides looking for a custom ao dai. It's well worth the cost.

Thai Nguyen made an ao dai for my wedding. It is gorgeous! I showed him an ispirational ao dai I want from pinterest! He made a couple of suggestions to make it look contemporary and I went ahead with it. We embroidered crystals on the ao dai and head piece. A good designer gives suggestion to make things even more gorgeous and he's it! He delivered the ao dai on time. Quality is great! Fits perfectly. I shopped a couple of stores before coming back to Thai Nguyen. His ao dai was the most expensive but it was worth it! Great customer service!

One word amazing!  If you are planning on having Ao Dai done for your wedding or special occasion this is the guy that you want.  I also went to Calvin Hiep and really did not like the way he handles business.  Basically Thai will create one of a kind wedding Ao Dai for you.  He spent a significant amount of time with me to look at what I want and gave me a lot of useful tips.  Also he is very professional and punctual.  Delivers as promised.  He created such an amazing and beautiful evening gown for me that I wish I had him do my wedding gown instead!  The Ao Dai and evening gown was so beautiful that I actually had him do a cocktail dress in addition as well!  Highly recommended without reservations.

I see myself as a trend setter and cannot fathom the thought of running into someone else with the same outfit that I have on especially at a special occasion.  I'm so glad that I found Thai Nguyen Couture!  I have gotten numerous dresses made and designed for me.  I figure that if I'm going to spend a lot on my outfits, I'd rather have a oneofakind instead of a name brand outfit that anyone can get at the stores.  A perk at Thai Nguyen Couture is that It's actually very reasonably priced.  They only use quality materials and go out of their way to make their customers happy.  Thai, the designer, knows what to do to make you look good and his talent is beyond amazing!  Helen, Thai's partner, gives her honest opinion which helps with my decision making. They both are extremely nice, very accommodating and not the least bit pushy.   When I wear a Thai Nguyen Couture dress, I don't just feel pretty, but CONFIDENT, GORGEOUS and GLAMOROUS!
