Great Hospital service and experience
Best overall ER I've been through.....Went through the admitting very fast and was roomed right away.. The nurses and Doctor on call were amazing! I've never felt more comfortable and safe. Also the Doctor personally called me three days after to check on me and give me results!!! Love you guys
If I have to go back to an ER this is the one I'm going to. Staff as nice, prompt and had me in and out faster than I could have believed possible. Nobody wants to be in an ER but this was actually an as pleasant experience as could be expected.

I was working in a dr's office. When I was taken there in 2014 after a fall I felt well taken care of. My roommate had sun downers, but they didn't move me or her. Rest at night was not very good.
If your loved one is dying in the back of the car, as you drive to the ER, roll the dice and spare the few extra minutes to drive to Hoag. Maybe even stop at the vet, who would probably provide better care. I could give you a list of atrocities and scenarios of colossal ignorance and/or arrogance, but for fear of sounding egregious just TRUST ME on this one...
My 2 year old smashed her fingernail with a large rock and needed stitches. I was there alone with my 2 year old and 10 month old, but the staff helped take care of my 10 month old while I sat with my 2 year old as she got stitches. Everyone was so comforting and helpful. The nurses and Dr. Abdi explained things extremely well to me. I was never in the dark about anything. It was a really great ER experience all things considered.
We didnt uderstand each other fully. This place has helped me stay sane
My nurses were wonderful during my recent hospital stay here , Thank you ! ❤ and I loved the ocean views , therapeutic
In and out . Dr. was all you could ask for - professional, through and quick. Great go know local hospital is the real deal
I could not be more disappointed with my experience. Dr. Seif lacked compassion or willingness to spend time explaining my options. After spending four hours in the hospital and receiving an IV, I was told that I needed to take an ambulance to a near by hospital to perform a routine scope. If I refused to take the ambulance, they were going to discharge me, charge me for the visit, and then require a new visit at the nearby hospital. The receiving hospital was obviously surprised by how this was handled. To note, I was accompanied the entire time by a physician, who was also dismayed with how the hospital handled my visit. My exerience at Mision Viejo could not have been better and a complete opposite experience. For local residents of Laguna, it is tempting to use our local hospital. With that being said, I strongly suggest taking a slightly longer drive to a larger and more capable hospital.
