I lived at Sandpointe Cove when the previous manager had been there for almost 2 decades, and she personally cared to get to know the tenants. She walked the property twice daily, and the maintenance man kept things clean -- his routine was tediously detailed.A new maintenance guy was brought in when they exchanged with the Anaheim location, and things started going downhill. Leaves were no longer picked up, it was our job. Cobwebs and dirt was everywhere, because the maintenance guy works part-time it seems... There's a tree in every courtyard and backyard of every unit, so piles of leaves get to be too much if you don't sweep! When it rains, this place is a river... I couldn't even reach my car! They won't fix/build drains on the property. The pool is always too cold and the spa breaks regularly, so NO USE.The new manager Margaret decided to allow pets without limits because she wanted a dog, so the complex started having howling dogs, fighting dogs, and noisy pets. She won't regulate parking, so people started getting into fights. She won't get to know her tenants, and she turned this nice complex to a ghetto!
