Absolutely the worst!!!! ER front desk, CYNTHIA, super rude, my mom does not speak English, but my mom had her on speaker so I got to hear the way she spoke to my mom. Super degrading, humiliating and prejudiced alike..... "I don't speak English, I have other calls" and hangs up, she cut her off, didn't let her speak and yelled that to my mom. My mom began to cry. Prior to that, my mom asked, does anyone speak Spanish, I need help, her response was "NOPE, NOPE, ok gotta go" so then I called back, on my phone, she said to us "This is the 3rd time you guys call" (yelling) First of all, we have the right to call as many times as we would like to check up on a family member. IF SHE doesn't like it maybe she shouldn't be in the medical field... it is disappointing that a big hospital like kaiser will hire someone with little, to no customer service experience and BASIC skills.....SHAME ON YOU CYNTHIA.....
We just lost our father 2 months ago and are in panic of another family member being in the ER, Cynthia couldn't understand that. I will be making a formal complaint on her....
