I had an issue with my credit card payment because the gentleman who was in charge of the memebership processes didn't put the right data for the club to take the money out (totally fine. no one is absent from making a mistake) I had no idea of the problem, no-one ever called me, emailed me or reach out to me in any matter to let me know about it (this was happening right on the holidays 2021)The way the issue was addressed was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. The personal from the front desk at gym called me out to the membership office in a very unkind manner and without letting me know what it was going on, then the membership manager Gretchen Brooks came at me practically accusing me for the issue and making it look like I was avoiding the problem or the solution to it. I told the lady that I signed up for a one year commitment with the club and didn't know about the situation, that no-one ever told me about it but she denied to listened to what I had to say and kept telling me that she was being told that someone supposedly reached out to me and it was impossible for them to get my attention, which is not true. She was extremely disrespectful and tried to say that I was lying when I said nobody ever did such a thing, I proceeded to ask for proofs of the emails and the calls since she was coming at me but of course, she didn't have any. Mrs. Brooks treated me and my boyfriend in the most unwelcoming way (He was my guest for the day and potentially signing up after) As soon as, I called my bank I was notified that my data was added incorrectly and when I got to Gretchen to fix the problem and told her they put the wrong expiration day when they signed me up she couldn't even apologize (I gave them my right data even tho I didn't want to come to that location ever again after that incident but since I committed to a one year contract I wanted to be the bigger person) Anyways, if you're thinking to sign up to this "club" think it twice and don't expect to be treated well or professionally when an issue arises for any reason cause they don't care that we are their customer, the ones actually supporting their business and contributing from their paychecks every week. I was so excited for my fitness journey in this location that brought 3 of my friends to signed up on the same month I did so we could all be there together, really had better expectations than that poor costumer service.
