I had been seeing Dr. Morgan for over 10 years. She was the best PCP I've seen. She always listened carefully, took her time no matter how busy the office was, and made sure to be thourough in treating me. She made excellent referals to specialists when necessary and communicated with my private psychiatrist for complete care. I was devestated to hear that she is now only with an acute care facility. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Morgan and will be taking my urgent care needs to the facility she with.
I had been going to Dr Morgan for years. She always listens and show genuine interest in my health and also my personal life. I find her very caring and thorough. As a RN myself, I would highly recommend her.
I love Dr. Morgan. She is sweet and kind and very thorough. She listens when you speak, and does not talk over your head. She is not arrogant like many doctors. Even my son's like her and they are 20 and 22 - not the ages to want to have a female doctor! I have recommended her to family members who also go to her now. Every now and then I have to wait a bit, but not often, and not long, and when I do have to wait, she does not rush me to make up that time and always apologizes for the wait.
The address for the doctor on here is not correct. She is located at 5425 Southfield Center. She is a thorough kind doctor. Her staff was also very welcoming. Overall great experience! I will be bringing my whole family to her practice.
She has been my doc for a long time now. I am not thrilled with her. She's GREAT at referring me to everyone else. She sends me for tests and consults that I don't need or want and they are almost always a waste of time and money. I hate that part. But she's nice, and caring. I think she listens ok. I guess she's covering her own back by sending me to other docs all the time.
Dr. Morgan has been wonderful to me and my family but her office staff is terrible. They laughed at me when I wanted to schedule an appointment to get something personal checked out in less than a week.
She is condescending and wants to give a quick drug and fix. I had a drug interaction that she dismissed as anxiety. I had to call the pharmacy myself to resolve the issue. After the same dismissive attitude on two visits, I will be finding a new physician. This is unfortunate because I have friends and family who see other doctors in this practice who have had quite different experiences. So, don't necessarily avoid the office, just this doctor.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
