Best healthcare I've ever experienced.

Absolutely worst health care place I've ever been to. First of all, I went due to a uti where I initially went to walgreens for. Due to me not having insurance at the time because I'm in the middle of changing, it was expensive so Walgreens recommended me coming here ti their Urgent Care. Biggest mistake ever. Never again. First of all, the person sitting at the front desk was on the phone in the middle of a conversation. Second, the lady who checked me in a urgent care was flat out rude. Then comes me with registration. I was told there would be a sliding scale since I don't have insurance. No. Not at all. My total was 8 bucks, even though I lived in the city. I had multiple sources of proof, but none cut it. No, my license id does not have my current address, but you don't have to get a new license id for about every ten years. And no, I don't have any amern bills with my address cause I pay my bills online. But I tried showing her on my phone, didn't cut it. Tried showing her my car insurance, didn't cut it. I thought you guys were supposed to be a social service agency?????? Hopefully I don't get kidney disease. Thanks again

Since they have become Athena healthcare they are crap, I went to Grace Hill without problems for couple years. Since the change to Athena you can't even go to the place without getting sick you walk in healthy and within two days your sick (and i never get sick so it has to be germy filthy) they need to disinfect the whole building. My prescriptions are never right they force you into withdraw symptoms because your doctors on vacation and the prescriptions are not renewed by the substitute doctors (twice in the last three months)Athena is more interested in you being sick so you come more and have more tests to create revenue than helping people get better. i have been way worse lifewise since athena took over i wonder if my health might be better off just not even going there

This place is just all discombobulated, it stinks I didn't even make it to see anyone I couldn't take the smell. I walked out and went to the e.r.

The best people to interact with when your sick or concerned. They are professional and courteous. They are prompt and informative. I have experience neighborhood low income heath care most of my adult life, I feel respected here. That's important to me as a black person and grandmother.

it is all but impossible to get an emergency dental appointment. all they do is run you in circles. i would think they would be a lot more professional

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have been extremely frustrated with this office since my first visit last May. It was very confusing to get around the building and I was sent to three or four different places during my yearly checkup. Now my “year long” script for birth control has run out after 11 months, and they expect me to come in to see the doctor before they will fill the script. I’m not asking for painkillers here, just trying to avoid getting pregnant. What doctor tells a patient to return in a year but only gives them medicine for 11 months? Clearly I should have read the reviews before I came in, because I will never be going back after my experiences.
