Dr. Fyke pressured me into an induction. My labor progressed slowly so she broke my water then went off call and never followed up with me. I ended up having an emergency c-section (Dr. Locke, one of her associates conducted that and was great!), and my son was born with Spina Bifida which could have been caught before delivery had she done an AFP test, but she didn't offer that to me. My son spent a month in the NICU. I went back in almost two weeks post-op because I thought my incision was infected, and Dr. Fyke acted as if she had no clue I had been through all that meaning not only did she not follow-up with me personally, but she hadn't even looked at my file before coming into the room to evaluate me. Very disappointed.
When I went in for my appointment they said the email was down and that they couldn’t see me because I couldn’t email my insurance. When I said that is very inconvenient she claimed it was my fault. This is how you lose patients. It matters who you have at the front desk.
Great doctor and person
