Montefiore Nyack Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Had imaging done at Nyack Montefiore on 1/19. The person at the front desk was professional and patient. The nurse Joanne and radiologist Greg (or Craig) we’re also professional and patient. I have no complaints thus far from any Montefiore location.

Outstanding treatment by everyone that has treat me.the best care

Staff was excellent...food was trash and cold every time they brought me a tray. Dietary needs big improvement.

I had an excellent experience at the hospital. Top notch service all the way through my outpatient surgery. Kind, caring staff that me feel comfortable, calm and informed.

I don’t know what’s going on but ever since Nyack hospital merged with montefiore,it got bad !!! I have been waiting for 3 hours now with my 2 years old son and no doctor has seen him yet !!!This used to be my favorite hospital… they only checked his temp and pulse that was it !!! If you guys are short on staff stop that vaccine mandatory, hire people !!!

They were Knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful at the front desk.the lab technicians were both attentive and gentle.

check in was fine and wasn't crowded so felt secure regarding covid. but received my results and not very confident they are correct because it had me listed on the report as a 81 year old male and I am a 60 year old female, so how can I be confident the rest of the results are correct.

Awesome experience with Covid testing. I drove up at appointment time, was out in 4 minutes and had my test results in MyChart 3 hours later!

My wife gave birth to my son like 1 month ago; everything went perfect from the ballet to the food service. but the people in labor and maternity that did the work before labor, that apparently were Haitian because they were speaking crioll were having a very tough attitude to us very unprofessional that I felt they weren't willing to answer me any questions or doubt without answering with a tough attitude so that makes me rate Montefiore maternity bad. I was waiting for the paperwork in my box mail to rate this but I didn't get it so I dicided to do it here on Google.

Everyone one was so nice

My daughter received excellent care in the Pediatric floor as well as the SICU. The nurses and all the staff were great.

I want to thank everyone for all there help , care kindness n support. Everyone was so nice n friendly n everything went so smoothly, n I got very well taken care of. Thank you everyone 🙏

I’m currently here right now and I’ve been waiting for three hours and I’m at the point where it’s hard for me to breath and all I want is to get my vitals taken to assure that my oxygen levels are fine and I’ve been told that I have to continue waiting. As of now I’m the only black man here waiting and I have reasons to believe that that’s why I’m not being taken in . There are many fare skin people who walked in after me and went before and they were here for simple reasons. It’s not fare and not right. I am currently sitting in the ER. someone please help

I went into the ER suffering terribly from Covid and was immediately cared for by a very professional and compassionate team. I was admitted and spent 5 days in the hospital, but the whole time I felt safe and very well cared for by all the nurses, doctors and staff. I am so glad the ambulance took me to Montifiore Nyack because I am certain that the level and quality of care I received is the reason I am doing so well today. All I can say is thank you so much to everyone there!

Very pleasant experience

The technician was very pleasant and caring…

I suffer from Panic Attacks Disorder & 2 years ago before I Got Diagnosed I was in Nyack Er rooms twice a day 7 days a week . I thought I was having heart attacks and 0R Strokes , with that being said One if there Top Nurses Austin Middle aged nurse with brown hair Nurse Austin always explained how this is just anxiety disorder of some sort or panic attacks or a panic disorder maybe and he gave me reassurance he would help me breathe when he had other patients to deal with he didn’t leave me alone in the room crying hysterically in shock and scared ness pains he rubbed my shoulder patted me on my arm and hugged me while I layer up on the stretchers even during the mist of covid -19 when it was worse then now he still hugged me and treated me as I could be his son and he always explained to me with knowledgable Info why it’s not my heart and his the anxiety Nurse Austin is one of the most humble man increase everybody a good reading he’s nice to his employees and everybody and that’s it

They made me feel so comfortable and so safe. Procedure went by super quick and I was in and out in no time! Loved it here.
