Just got off the phone with Sandy, who is the Office Manager for Dr. Brian Douglas, and was highly disappointed that she was so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to a Senior Citizen, of which I am. My son was referred to his office, by his St. Luke, the Woodlands, Tx. Physician, to see the Gastroenterology, in the Baylor St. Luke Family of Medical Doctors. Well, make no mistake, we did not feel welcome, even after my son nicely tried to ask Sandy why she needed so many non-medical questions, answered, before even asking the name or sitting an appointment. Sandy hangs up in his face, for asking why she needed so many non medical questions answered prior to asking his name or scheduling an appointment.I called back to speak to Sandy, myself, as the mother to the patient to try to get the appointment scheduled. Sandy rudely, cut me off, complained that their office would not be a good fit for my son and family, and that she was not going nowhere, because she has been there for a while, so it would be best for us, to take our business, elsewhere. If you like crude, rude, offensive, unsophisticated, demeaning ways treatment, then by all means, go to this office. I cannot give a good review of the Doctor, because his insubordinate, unprofessional, front office help, barred us from the service. I feel discriminated against because I am Elderly, and Sandy, rudely tossed the telephone down in my face. I did nothing to deserve the bad treatment, in Covid times. My suggestion is if Baylor St. Luke Medical Center cannot provide better front Office Representation, to their patients, and their help is so secured in their jobs, that they can BOLDLY tell a future patient to go elsewhere, then they do not need your business. Why is Dr. Brian Douglas still in business, after 47 years, giving jobs to people like Sandy, who is clearly damaging his good name? When you see this office, RUN, RUN, RUN, and save yourself a Telephone Being Tossed in YOUR FACE!!!This is ABUSE to the ELDERLY!!! Shame on you, Baylor St. Luke, and Dr. Douglas for employing such demeaning help, like Office Manager, Sandy!!!!!A One was the Lowest I could give or I would have given a ZERO!!!
I had surgery at St. Lukes tower in the medical center early Aug and pre-paid. I ended up owing practically none of what I paid, and have had no success at getting refunded, even after about 7 or 8 calls.

so I had to take my husband there tonight because he hurt his arm at work. He is not able to move his arm at all and they barely talked to him, sent him for x-rays (yes, i know, muscles won’t show up on xray) and gave him two pain pills but the doctor did not did not prescribe him any pain pills till he can get an MRI done because she’s a firm believer in Tylenol or ibuprofen and so now he hast to stay in pain until he can get an MRI done and they can prescribe him pain pills. Not happy with the lack of care my husband got tonight.
My mother showed up to St.Luke’s via ambulance due to a car accident. She complained of constant chest pain and other injuries. Nothing was done upon arrival. In fact, she was placed in a hall way and not seen for an hour and MORE. DO NOT send your family here. This is how people die.
I came in for a heart catheter procedure on October 4th. Everyone was kind, answered my questions and took very good care of me.
Everyone here treated us Ike Family today, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and attentiveness. Thank Each and Everyone of You for Being Amazing Souls 🙏🏾💕
Horrible experience with St Luke’s Woodlands ! Took my elderly father there due to complications while having COVID and was turned away saying he wasn’t bad. They didn’t check vitals. I returned later that evening and again was turned away. The next day we took him to another hospital where he was admitted immediately and has been for days. I can’t help but imagine what if they had taken my daddy in sooner and we had actually gotten some help sooner!
Rudy, unfriendly, not at all helpful. Left after 2 hours without being seen - don't go when they are busy, you will be left stranded
First thing I had the worst service with my mother tonight at St Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands Texas after her falling on her knee and it's swelling up like a grapefruit in a hr other foot has purple toes but they still sent her home she couldn't get in the car it took four people to help her go to the bathroom but one person to get her out of a car and get her into the house they said because nothing was broken on a 86 year-old woman that she couldn't stay there still bleeding on Her fingertips from where she ripped her fingertips open St Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands lost all of my respect all they want is money from are insurance companies they took an x-ray around 7:30 and since it was so close to shift change they waited till 11:30 to pull her back there and tell her she was free to go meanwhile there still a lady in the front emergency room that is screaming for help and when we went back out at 12:30 she was still asking for help you know we are all getting tired of the hospital treating people like cattle to herd them in and out just to get are money
The triage nurse and ER nurse were rude. The wait was quick, but they sent me home with a bowel stricture and lesion on my liver and bronchial sacs that were collapsed and bladder and gallbladder inflammation. They said it wasn't emergent. I will be calling the hospital.
Just found out that you all reported me owing you all $500 to a credit agency. Well, if you all would not have had me worn an N95 mask the day of my liver biopsy 5/29/20 my heart would not have stopped and I would not have needed to be admitted to your horrid ICU over night. My heart rate went from averaging 48 bpm to 36 and then to 0. As it is, when I regained consciousness I was still wearing the N95 mask. I had to remove the mask (per CDC guidelines masks are to be removed from unconscious people) myself so that I could vomit without choking myself. You all will never receive a penny from me and I will do everything I can to share my story and prevent you all from obtaining new victims.
This place needs to be shut down for good! The lack of care and compassion is pathetic. And efficiency? Please! I wouldn't bring my enemy here! Disgusted is what I am. Utterly disgusted.
While we love the teams of care providers the administration has really changed for the worse in the past few years. Significant issues regarding both of our son's recent pre-planned admissions for bladder cancer surgery. I am beyond frustrated at the fluctuating Covid policy that has no consistency ... always changes depending on where, when and with whom you check in. This is not acceptable! My son is also a patient at MD Anderson and the Covid procedures are the same regardless of where or with whom you check in. We are pretty much stuck with CHI St. Luke's due to my son being a multi-organ transplant recipient and now battling two different types of invasive cancers. If things were not so critical we would be searching for another facility to provide care which is truly unfortunate because we trust and love the doctors and patient care staff. Administration needs some significant overhauling to get back to the level of patient care we are accustomed to with St. Luke's. Disheartening and frustrated to say the least!
muy buena asistencia y con rapidez
Thank you to the entire CHI St. Luke's The Woodlands team for the tremendous team work and service to our North Harris and Montgomery County community in running the community vaccination hub. I saw our team work was exemplary among employees, our volunteers, and our partners from SHSU School of Nursing, MCOHS & EM, MC Hospital District EMS teams, and other first responder agencies who joined together as a team to serve our community. Our community wants and needs the vaccine, and we have been there to meet that need. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ...

Is it too much to ask for someone to answer a question or 2 regarding our 80 year old mother who is in your care...alone due to covid restrictions? Tried to get updates on her but have been hung up on at least twice....I have sent a PM with my contact info already
Wonderful care for my husband after he had a stroke. Saved his life along with Dr. William Irr. The BEST NEUROLOGIST IN HOUSTON.
I’ve had great experiences here with my two pituitary surgeries and multiple doctors appointments.
