Am I the only one who thinks Dr. Dierks is the best in the business?
Dr. Deirks is excellent both as a surgeon and a person. We have sent him 2 very challenging patients (severe bone loss, needing dental implant reconstruction). Both patients have been well cared for and have very positive things to say. His surgical skills, post operation follow up communication have all been excellent. I highly recommend him. I needed to have a tooth surgically removed and I went in very apprehensive. Dr. Dierks was able to quickly put me at ease. He has a very comforting manner, and while he was treating me he explained every step of the procedure. He was very competent and proficient, and before I left he carefully explained what I could expect in the hours and days to come. I am grateful to have received such competent care.
Took many weeks to get an appointment. I still had not been seen by Dr. Dierks an hour after I arrived/my appointment time. I got a refund and left.Having a small office party going on while running a hour late tells me the doctor does not care about my business. Very happy with my current oral surgeon.
I really like Dr. Dierks, I find him an amazing Dentist. I do have a problem with his Center's billing department. They were trying to charge me an extra 200.00 (exactly 200.00) over the fees that I and my insurance company had already paid. This would have been over e double the fees his office charges. I had already paid quite a bit out of pocket and my insurance company said I was only liable for 42.50. I paid double that and then they wanted another 200.00. After challenging their billing procedures they refunded 33.40 and erased the 166.60 dollar bill that was pending claiming an error. I never felt like it was an error but very calculated. Also, there were no apologies had it been error and most people apologize for a grievous error. The person in charge of my billing, Michelle, seemed completely put-out that I challenged their billing procedures and was very irritated on the phone with me. If you go there for Dr. Dierks check your bills very carefully and contact your insurance company. They almost got away with an extra 200.00 dollars.
