I just love this office! And now I bring my daughter there who's 16 , and they were so awesomely nice that my daughter loves it too! I would recommend this office 10 times over!

I have recommended Dr LaDuca more than once to friends. He's a wonderful doctor.

Dr. LaDuca has an outstanding bedside manner. He and his staff are very professional and come across as being very warm, friendly and caring. All individuals took the time to fully explain a procedure and any complications that could possibly arise. The Auburn office and waiting area are casual / comfortable and I did not feel as though I was in an "antiseptic Dr. office". I would gladly recommend Dr. LaDuca and his staff to anyone needing a dermatologist.

Dr. Laduca is actually great. Super warm, he listens, spends time with me, and is truly a great doctor. He helped me with my hand eczema which was horrible. The issue is the staff. The receptionists are RUDE nearly every time I have to deal with them. I am a very friendly, happy person and these women bring me down, I hate having to call the office. I'm looking for a new dermatologist, just so I don't have to feel bullied by the receptionists any longer. Dr. Laduca is actually great. Medical service was sufficient. Be aware that the doctor office employs EXTREMELY agressive collection practices. Accounts not paid IN FULL are turned over to collection very quickly. In my case just over 60 days from the date insurance paid their portion and after I made a $100 payment. I incurred an $35 charge to cover "collection costs". When using this doctor be aware you must be prepared to pay in full within 60 days.

I had a consultation with Dr. LaDuca for laser hair removal. After the consultation I never saw him again. The woman who did the procedure was very unfriendly and always seemed to be in a hurry. She was impatient with my questions about large areas of pigmentation I was having. She gave me a cream but it seemed to be leaving pale areas so I stopped using it. After my 3rd treatment (3 months ago) I stopped going for the summer to give the pigmentation a chance to go away on its own. While faint, it is still there. ..so I am not going to continue the treatments. I had an appointment scheduled, which I called and cancelled. They did not ask me if I wanted to reschedule...just ok. I was clearly just a number. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
