After my appointment I was told my prescription will be send to the pharmacy, there was nothing send and I tried to call the office to let them know, no one answered the phone.

Super rude, unfriendly and off-putting receptionist. The first thing associated with the office should be someone warm and welcoming, not a rude, cold receptionist. Based on this I would not recommend or come to Pinnacle again unless they hire new front staff.
