It been a journey from when I first met with Doctor Aryan to present day. I have Undergone an ACDF surgery to my neck. I'm now 6 weeks post surgery noticing much improvement to my back, arm, and neck. Overall health is improving each passing day. Thank you to Doctor Aryan and medical staff at Axis Brain and back Institute.

I went to Axis Back & Brain Institute because I was experiencing significant pain. I had an initial consultation and was sent for an MRI, which I had done elsewhere. At my follow-up appointment, the doctor spent approximately 30 seconds to a minute reviewing the results and simply told me I was fine. I was not given any treatment, recommendations, pain-management options, or follow-up care. Four years later, I unexpectedly received a bill stating that I owed additional money. This was especially frustrating because I had already paid my copay at the time of my visits and had never been told I would owe anything further. I tried calling the office multiple times on different days and at different times, but no one ever answered or returned my messages. The only response I received was through email regarding the balance. Ultimately, I paid the bill and requested written confirmation that my account was paid in full. However, the entire experience left me feeling dismissed and uncared for. I went there seeking help while I was in pain and overwhelmed, and I received essentially no care or guidance, followed by an unexpected bill years later with no meaningful way to speak with someone about it. I’m grateful that the MRI did not reveal a serious back problem, but I believe patients deserve better communication, follow-up, and transparency regarding their care and billing.
