Every one of the therapists does his or her very best to help you get better. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled. This is made evident by their manipulation techniques and answers to patient questions. Requests for items to make you more comfortable (e.g., a pillow, stool, or towel) are invariably responded to with alacrity. Everyone is friendly and tries to make you feel at home by addressing you by your first name. It’s like walking into “Cheers” where everybody know your name.

My husband and I were not impressed with Dr.. Dixon., she spent very little time with me and was not really interested in my back issue. It took me 4 days to get a call back to schedule an appointment. Their staff needs to work on their call back times.. I called another renowned neurosurgeon in the area and I received a call back that day and was able to get an appointment quickly. He spent 20 to 30 minutes with me .. Dr. Dixon spent like 10 minutes.. I would not recommend her..

I was disappointed with my experience at Axis Back & Brain Institute. I went there because I was experiencing pain, had an initial consultation, and was sent for an MRI. At my follow-up, my results were reviewed very briefly and I was told everything was fine. I was not given any treatment recommendations, pain-management options, or follow-up care. A few years later, I received a bill for additional charges from those visits. I tried contacting the office multiple times by phone but was unable to reach anyone, and my questions were ultimately handled through email. I paid the balance and requested written confirmation that my account was paid in full. I understand that billing issues can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up left me feeling very dismissed as a patient. I went there looking for help while I was in pain and ultimately left feeling like I hadn't received the care or communication I expected.
