What a great experience! Dr Molloy is exceptional. I have full faith in his abilities. He is professional, caring and thorough. The staff is RAD! I loved how kind and accommodating everyone was! No bad reviews at all. Colonoscopies are not fun, but necessary for preventative measures. I’m grateful for ADLD & their excellent employees. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the RN’s to Dr Molloy! This is a top notch crew. My comfort was their priority. Thank you!

Dr Austin Nelson is a SUPERBLY wonderful, kind, caring and warm physician. Dr Nelson is perfectly thorough in every aspect of his GI profession & I greatly appreciate his dedication to his patients.

My experience with the doctors and nurses was amazing during and after my colonoscopy, unfortunately that was the only positive. A biopsy was done and somehow it was lost, it was almost a month later that i was notified. I was told that there was a police report but wasnt given anymore information. After my procedure i had to do a follow up appointment to go over the results (there were no results since my biopsy was lost). During my appointment I asked how could I be charged for a biopsy when it was lost and there were no results? I was told the person in billing was working remotely and they would get back to me. Someone in billing left a message to call a different number. I called that number and left a voicemail and never heard back. I tried calling several times and never once actually talked to someone. So i was charged for a biopsy that was lost and im also being charged for a follow up appointment for the doctor to tell me there were no results. Like i said the doctors and nurses were amazing but everything else was horrible.

From my pre appointment to my procedure, every member I was in contact with was exceptionally professional and outstanding at their position. The nurses staff were exceptional at preparing me for the procedure in every way. My first nurse went over ever option for establishing my IV in the best possible location and took her time to not only make me comfortable but to get it perfectly placed. She answered all my questions and really made my experience worry free, she was simply outstanding! Once I was wheeled in to the procedure room I was met by all the other staff members who were ready and prepared. Again, I was made comfortable and I felt in really good hands. Dr Nelson was exceptional with my pre meeting and the procedure. Having a medical procedure that could reveal life changing events for people requires top notch staff to help ease anxiety and help you through whatever issue you maybe going through, and I can honestly say they helped me more than they know. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone but will also only go to them every time I need that kind of medical assistance. Could not have been happier with their help and service in every way!
