Great surgery options. Great doctors and nurses
Highly recommend your facility following my son's recent surgery. The administrative staff provided excellent customer service, and the medical team was wonderful, especially in their approach to working with children. My son typically experiences anxiety regarding medical visits, but the team ensured he felt relaxed throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the care provided 🩷
Excellent staff. Everyone cares about the patient. Details of the surgery are quadruple checked for accuracy.
This place has predatory billing practices. If you can chose a different center I would. I talked with my insurance and they advised me that the most i would need to pay is $800. My insurance also stated I did not need to pay anything the day of surgery and to wait for the explanation of benefits before I pay. Upon arriving the surgery center charged me over $1200. When I advised them about insurance, the receptionist stated that they were an independent practice and could demand payment upfront. When I asked for an itemized bill, the receptionist advised they could not provide me one and I would have to wait 30 days before seeing one. Overall poor experience and suggest you go somewhere else.
Excellent care by all, from the front desk check-in to the nurses, Dr. Bond (anesthesiologist), and the fabulous team of Dr. Michael McNamara & PA Robert Thomas!
Don't pay upfront. They tell you to, but you dont owe the amount they take, then they refund you several weeks later so you can pay all the other people involved in your surgery. Doesnt matter how good the surgery went if you're dishonest about the cost upfront
I had surgery here this month and was very impressed. From the administrative staff, nurses, doctors, everyone was extremely professional and kind. I knew exactly what to expect before during and after my surgery and everything went extremely well. I felt very comfortable and any question I had were answered.
The staff made the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible, both for patience and their caregivers. There's a large comfortable lobby to wait in that's clean and spacious. There's huge windows and vending machines. The staff does a great job.
I just had surgery there yesterday, and everyone was SO nice. The nurses were so kind and helpful the whole time. They explained everything and kept me comfortable. It’s a beautiful facility and I’m really happy when the care I received.
My 9 year old daughter had surgery today and woke up screaming and crying in pain. She's gotten multiple surgeries before, but this was the most painful experience for her. We expected pain, but what we didn't expect was her nurse to steal a portion of her pain meds. She was in so much pain when she woke up that the anesthesiologist told the nurse to give her a "15 dose fentanyl" Nurse Kyli (if spelled correctly) walked in and said Oh 15, let's try 10 first. Then gave her 10 and walked out. My daughter kept screaming and crying in pain and kept asking for pain medication. The anesthesiologist said the medication should have worked and I asked if she could have the rest of her medication since she was only given 10. He went to ask Nurse Kyli and she said I gave the full 15. That made me so MAD. How could you steal medication from a child?! That just got surgery! Who is clearly in severe pain! We do not like giving our child medication that she doesnt need, but she clearly needed that full dose and Nurse Kyli not only stole a portion of her medication, but she LIED about it as well! I highly doubt this is her first time either. This is so disgusting and I will never go back here. I want answers and records regarding this. No one should go here unless you want to wake up in severe pain because you are at risk of having your pain medication stolen. Horrendous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
