I do not suggest this company at all. I have had a number of bad staff from this company. Last two the one one that took me out in the community I ended up firing her because she thought it was appropriate to cuss me out. After I gave her another chance after breaking my confidentiality. A number of staff I had before were not even told what there job was, so they would fight me on doing the job because they didn’t know the exact details of their job. This staff right now I’m putting a pause on because she is literally late everyday and almost every day she tells me she is in to much pain to do her job. So, she literally just sits there and does nothing and this happens almost every day. I have chore service which is cleaning service. I have told the company multiple times I am willing to work with her again, but she needs to be talked to first and it’s been three days now. I also noticed she’s been completely lieng on her time sheet. Saying she’s been on time every day and getting paid for literally sitting around. This staff has not been talked to about this and the staff at Always Caring has ignored calls from me as well. Even though my care coordinator said that she said she would call. Plus all I wanted was her talked to and the office won’t even make time to talk to her about taking advantage of clients and not doing there job. I have had issues like this or worse since the beginning. When all I wanted was a staff who literally would come in and do their job and doesn’t treat me badly as they follow the rules of the company. That is not that much to ask for and honestly the office staff doesn’t even make time for clients or the staff. Then they have available staff that they don’t match up with clients for months on end, meanwhile saying they don’t have any staff…<3~A

ResCare home health care is one of the best companies I have dealt with. The staff is amazing.
