I had went for a mole removal but the price was what I wasn’t expecting. I had called before making the appointment for an estimate which was around $300 which was fine until I got there and they decided to tell me it’s another $200 to get a biopsy and there isn’t an option to not get one. I had to go through the removal because I was already paying for the consultation which was frustrating because if I knew there would be an additional $200 charge I would’ve never made the appointment. The staff is nice and everything, but I was completely blindsided.

Dr. Bagayoko and her office staff are amazing! I am a reluctant patient and from the minute I walk into the office I am greeted warmly and put right at ease. Dr. Bagayoko is very comforting and professional. Her knowledge and expertise are evident in how she is able to diagnose and explain everything so clearly. She takes time to answer any questions honestly and compassionately. I highly recommend this office!

I was hesitant about going to another dermatologist after past experiences in town, but the staff here (including front desk staff AND the medical staff) are amazing, polite, and so kind. I was listened to after years of not being listened to. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The office and doctor were extremely kind and professional. The consultation was not a consultation, I paid $250 for a 20 minute talk. I left confused and pretty sure that I am not at the income level of their target demographic.

I went to see her for 3 mole removals, everything was explained to me including the fees. I was very pleased with the results so going back on Tuesday for three more moles removal.

As a natural red-head and melanoma survivor, I am very picky when it comes to my MD's in Derm. Dr. Courtney has surpassed all my expectations. She took SO MUCH TIME to review and document my skin. She explained things so I understood them, all with a smile on her face. Her staff have that same genuine attitude that let's you know they care about their patients. I have referred MANY friends to Dr. Bagayoko as she is the best in the biz!
