List of Doug Haghighi's Reviews
Dr. Haghighi is amazing I have now worked with him twice for two different problems. He literally saved my life. He is knowledgeable kind compassionate and empathetic. I don’t give out such high praise lightly but he is the best.
Dr H is terrific. Kind caring. He’s an excellent diagnostician. Treats all of his patients respectfully. His nurse and scheduler are very professional and do a great job dealing with a heavy patient load. We very much appreciate their kind consideration.
The most unprofessional office with poor communication skills. The office told us the wrong patients treatment plan then kept going back and forth stating members of the family didnt have authorization and kept citing HIPAA even though we all had a signed an authorization. Inconsistent office policies and poor customer service. The medical assistant hung up on me after I tried to correct her again that we had access. When the issue was addressed with the business manager the problems were disregarded. All that was needed was an apology and correct the misunderstanding. The office is and was incompetent as ever and the doctor came back with no treatment plan for a cancer patient. He wasnt qualified to treat cancer to begin with and we should have never been referred to this office as it has costed us a lot of valuable time for the patient and effort for the family in dealing with extremely rude and unprofessional staff and especially in obtaining patients files and medical records from the office what is legally ours. This behavior is onset of a lawsuit if you ask me. Especially communicating a different patients records.
dr.haghighi has treated me for months i have complete confidence in high level of care communication is above parhe is very thorough considerate
Talked to me like a Child refused to help me.
Very thorough. is always available should I have problems.
I am a retired hospital RN and I was terrified to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy for the first time. Dr. Haghighi was such a great listener and never made fun of my fears he provided a plan for the procedure in reference to my anxieties. I saw him as a patient the second time for chronic nausea. Again he listened carefully to my problems and never made me feel rushed. Both times he was there at my side before and after each procedure sharing his observations. Great bedside manner.
I am a retired hospital RN and nervous about getting my first endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Haghighi listened to all my fears and was able to calm me down enough to have it done. He also helped me with a chronic nausea problem with a second endoscopy last month. He is an effective active listener with a gentle bedside manner. Was there for me before and after each procedure to make sure I was OK and share his observations. He has a great smile and is easy to talk to.
I had been having intestinal problems and had seen several different specialists over more than two years that could not diagnose my problem. Within 15 minutes of my first meeting with Dr. Hagaghi he had a diagnosis and put me on a daily supplement. It is an extremely mild medication that I will need to take from now on but he solved a problem that had stumped everyone else.
We were referred to this Doctors office for a second opinion after a liver cancer diagnosis. Unfortunately this doctor isnt the correct doctor to treat cancer and Im not sure why we were directed here to begin with from our primary physician but the events leading up to this appointment and following was the most unpleasant experience for our family. Beginning with a wait time of 2 months to schedule an appointment the Doctor disregarded the cancer and Im not sure he even took a look at the files. After waiting over a month for a treatment plan and the excuse that they were consulting with doctors in Seattle to come up with the best treatment we never heard back in time before Dad left Alaska to seek treatment elsewhere. Now that he is back and needs to continue his care we sought a recommendation to an actual Oncologist. However this doctor and the office is failing to provide us with the documents we need and instead recommended us to another doctor not Oncologist and could not answer basic questions about the referral itself. Upon contacting them finally about their treatment plan now that they had one the notes stated a colonoscopy which does not make sense in this situation. Something is off and the medical staff and front desk staff seem to have the worst customer service as I was recently hung up on when I tried to correct their inconsistent policies. They kept stating HIPAA though we had previous authorization for the patients records and to minimize the language barrier. Worst bedside manners and incorrect treatment plan. Insistent office policies with records and rude staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
