Enhabit is great!
My father started Encompass for Hospice in Sept. 2021. They went from a five-star rating to a three-star rating over that time. They were bought out by another company. The only reason I am giving them a three-star rating is because of the amazing employees that worked so hard for my dad. The AMAZING nurses, Kelly Cole and Christin Schmidt, were my life savers without them I would never have been able to keep my father at home. Sharon, the social worker, was instrumental in helping me find resources and keeping us informed. When my father started Encompass there were several different nurses and nurse’s assistance that were able to help 24/7. There were several people to help with my father's bathing twice a week, a top nock social worker and a chaplain. When my father passed 6 months later, there was only one nurse available to me and she was now responsible for giving the baths and helping me with his changing and taking care of all her other patients. I felt guilty for having to call for help. So, when my dad passed there was no chaplain, no one to give baths, nurses leaving, and social worker leaving. It's sad because they were so great at the beginning. I hope that they start treating their employees better, because it's extremely disheartening to see what is happening.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
